Selected Ranger 21 riding gloves. I looked locally, but didn't find any that worked for me. I searched on RevZilla and located an option that I hoped would work for me. I watched the video about sizing your hand for gloves. Measuring in between sizes (Medium vs Large) I called customer service to get opinions about the gloves and how they ran (true to size, smaller or bigger). He recommended sizing up and I did. They arrived soon after ordering and they fit perfectly. I've already worn them on a few rides! YAY!

These boots were exactly what I wanted out of a commuter boot. Very comfortable, nice style. I wore these all day with minor break-in. It's no wonder they sell out fast.

Ordered boots with overnight shipping for an impending trip to Alaska. Boots were drop-shipped from the vendor via UPS Ground and I was told "They don't have overnight shipping". This is hardly believable. The customer service rep I had was very 'cavalier' and showed zero empathy for the situation. While he credited the overnight shipping charges, that did nothing to get the boots to me as expected. He also mentioned something about marking my order for a "free return". Well, it IS going to be a free return one way or another. It was very much a "take it or leave it" attitude from customer service as well as a botched hand-off between RevZilla and the vendor/supplier. The boots arrived while I was in Alaska. I arrived home today and have not yet looked at them. I will have to be seriously impressed to keep them after this transaction.

I returned the boots I bought because they ran very small. My feet measure exactly 12.1 on all the high tech stuff at the stores. I figured ok I'll get a size 13. They always fit with room to spare sometimes too much room. Well not these boots. The 13 was way too short in length and also way too narrow. How they say it's a 13 is beyond me. It seemed more like a size 12. But on a positive note you always credit my card quickly after I return.

Sizing small. I need to reorder large but returns are pricey. I like free returns. I will go elsewhere to shop.

I ordered a rear sprocket that "Fits your 1994 DR350SE" according to your website. It did not fit. The inner diameter was about 5mm too small.
