Ordered Wednesday morning with 2day shipping included being an RPM Member. Didn't show up until the next Tuesday afternoon. My complaints about the slow shipping and supposed "premium RPM Member customer service" were essentially scoffed at. 3yrs I've been a member mostly to support their YouTube content but it's not worth it.

When I search for parts and choose the year, make and model of my bike during a search, the search resets and I'm given all parts and accessories for my bike. It would make a lot more sense to treat the vehicle information as a filter than make me go through the hassle of finding the category again.

I realize now that Revzilla no longer operates out of Philadelphia. I used to receive orders within a couple days of ordering. I purchased an expensive helmet and the order was fulfilled in Las Vegas, NV. The slow boat shipping took a full 7 days from the time of the order to get to my home in TN. Had I known that I wasn't dealing with an East Coast Distributor, I would've shopped elsewhere.
We do operate out of Philadelphia. We have numerous shipping locations an try to ship from the location closest to our customer that has inventory in that warehouse. We do apologize your order took longer than you expected.

I prefer a new helmet and gloves. Unfortunately the helmet arrived damaged but thankfully the return process was easy and I had a replacement free of charge.

I've been using Zymol products for years, this is the first time that I have been disappointed in their product, they have change something, not near as good as it used to be. Finding another product to purchase in the future. After spending over $100, very disappointed.
