The process was simple however, I prefer that the gift card be assignable. Providing the retailer with the recipient's email address.

I had to ask when my order was being shipped. Then I was told I would receive $15.00 discount on my next order.

Delivery takes too long. I placed an order and it's not shipped out for 5-7 days then another 5-7 for delivery.

Need to deliver within 4 days which is what EBay offers on most products 2 days with Amazon.

The photos for this helmet were great, but only contained a black visor which was not the actual visor included in this purchase. Instead it comes with a clear one. I had to look back into the product specifications to read the tucked-away fine print of it not containing the black visor. Misleading advertising.

Helmet is as advertised, very pleased. Cardo spirit HD is not user friendly at all and the app does not work at all, intercom works somewhat well, could use more volume

Did not fit bike, and the mounting mechanism for the tank bag was installed onto the bag itself incorrectly upon arrival.

Shipping was fast as always with Revzilla, but was not pleased with the packaging. The battery was in the manufacturer's box, but was not cushioned with anything and was bouncing around inside the shipping box that was a bit battered as a result. Thankfully the battery was not damaged and seems to be functioning as it should.

Very difficult to get the sizing right and charge $10 to ship returns. Not sure I will
Be buying anything else.

These gloves are great everyday gear. They are thin and light, can stay in my back pocket when not being used, and they look great! I rarely reach for anything else, now that I have these. They run small, however, FYI.

Place order on 4/13/2024 talk to customer service (Tamica) on 4/18 told order will ship 4/29 all good.E/mail on 2/25/24 order canceled and I get $10.00 added to paypal refund,never did get that 10.00.

Easy to navigate, didn't get my ten percent for signing up for emails. The jacket seems high quality, fits well, the sleeves are actually long enough(I have long arms for a six footer). Comfortable riding in it, we'll see when it gets hot if I can stay cool enough.

Product was well made and secured my helmet to the bike. Arrived in a very timely fashion.

Very happy with my RSD jacket purchase. I'm 190 lbs and 6'2" and was worried the sleeve length wouldn't be long enough but it ended up being perfect! Jacket is comfortable and I even bought a matching one for my wife. Ordered both L and XL and ended up returning the XL because it was too big and it was a easy return experience.

Ordered in stock parts at noon, they arrived the following evening - at a much lower cost than from a dealership.
