I've just recently gotten into riding motorbikes and got some cheap $60 modular helmet off Amazon, which did what it said it would but was extremely claustrophobic and just generally low quality. After looking around and cross-shopping I was recommended this website repeatedly and gave it a shot. Not only did I find the exact helmet I wanted, I found many similar alternatives and every style I could possibly imagine. I ordered my helmet on a Friday afternoon and it arrived the next day! Best surprise I've ever had with shipping. Fits great, is much better quality than my previous helmet, couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will be buying from RevZilla again.
I ordered a 2-pack of light weight helmet liners. I was sent a baclava instead. Called customer service and problem was resolved professionally. Kudos to the gentleman that helped me. Great company. My correct package arrived the next day. WHAT Service!

I ordered Rinehart exhaust for my bike and I called on my order twice because I never received the shipping email. After the 2nd call, almost 2 weeks later, I was told that my item should have shipped already and they were putting a ticket in to have it shipped in the next 24 hours. The next day I finally got an email stating that they had sold me something that they didn't have in stock and that they were cancelling my order. Neither person I spoke with on the phone had given me this information, nor did I even get the option to wait until they get them back in stock.
Over the years I've been buying from Revzilla, I have received my order within 2-3 business days via UPS. I understand the parts for this order were out of stock, but when the did ship, they went UPS to USPS (not a good shipping method). The order took a week to get to me after they shipped. Not what I have come to expect from Revzilla.
Also, The parts I ordered did not come with mounting hardware nor did the site suggest or recommend buying the required hardware. Now I have to figure out what hardware I need and figure out where to buy it.

We use multiple shipping methods and according to the tracking information Your item shipped on Tuesday and arrived on Friday. Our shipping time frame is 3-5 business days. We do understand the frustration of waiting for parts and do try to get them shipped as quickly as we can and always hope our carriers deliver them as fast as they can. First my packages arrived from RevZilla arrived within a couple of days, super fast shipping that is always appreciated. As far as the Cortech bags, they are awesome. Easy to install on my 2020 Speed Triple RS. Functionality is great with the way the tail bag attaches to the saddlebags. Easy to put on and off the bike at overnight stops. Plenty of room for gear and tools in one side, clothes in the other, and then misc. In the tail bag. I'm actually in the middle of a 5 day trip through Colorado and couldn't be more pleased.
I had a fitment issue with the pegs I ordered and had to return them. Their site says standard male pegs will fit my 2023 FXBR Softail Breakout. This is untrue. To be honest though the pics and descriptions were spot on and if I had compared them to my bike I would have noticed the difference. So all blame doesn't rest with RevZilla.
First time ordering, shopped by make,model,year. Got new grips in mail, grips were for a 4 wheeler not a dirtbike. Smh
Ordered a Roland Sands jacket that was listed to ship the next business day. Called 3x and CS couldn't be bothered and was told nothing could be done in regard to them contacting their warehouse. Jacket arrive 2 weeks later and I'll be returning it. Has to go buy one at a local shop.
Bought new riding gear for my husband; his other gear was 20+ years old. Picked it out for an anniversary present. Shipping was fast and when the gear arrived it fit him perfectly! Very happy with the high vis to keep him safe.
Decent pricing and quick shipping. I've never had a issue with RevZilla and use them when I can. The catalog is pretty extensive but sometimes it falls short and while I realize nobody can carry everything I feel like the catalog has some holes in it.
