They sent the wrong tire. And the shop put my bike up and then realized it. So I had to wait around half the day and then while I was getting lunch, just drop it and come back, call revzilla and figure out what happened, get them to send a new one. Then I had to pay the shop even though they couldn't change it. And then I had to put the old tire around my neck and ride a couple miles to drop it off at the nearest FedEx. A really bad experience!
I bought because they say you can return it once for green if wrong size. My item was too big, customer service said I could return it and would have to buy another size. So they have had my original pair of Klim pants for 5 days and I've not been credited for my return or hear from them. I'm reluctant to order the new correct size until I get my refund $526. I should have used Amazon.

Well my part arrived on time but the part does not match the photo or description on the website. Triumph tiger lights require specific plug ends to attach to the wiring harness. The photo is right but the product I received is wrong.
I placed an order for Motul helmet cleaner an 3 degreasers. They arrived in three different boxes, 4 times the size box needed. They arrived in two different methods. One delivery to my home, the other two to the post box down the street. The helmet cleaner arrived in a decent time frame. The other two boxes different times. It took 9 & 10 days for the rest of the order! WHY ship the same items separately?
I do apologize for your frustration. We ship from multiple warehouses. If all items are not located in the same warehouse your order will come in multiple packages. We do not want to delay the shipping by having all items sent to one warehouse and then shipped to you. We truly do it to expedite and take care of our customers as quickly as we can. The fender eliminator body consists of two pieces. The mount base and plate holder. These pieces come from the factory screwed together. The plate holder was crooked, the top edge of it was not aligned with the fender mount. I thought I was screwed because it was open, but After leaving review, RevZilla contacted me to inform me they have an exception for defective products. I made it work already with some DIY elbow grease, but was satisfied with the service offer.

I've just recently gotten into riding motorbikes and got some cheap $60 modular helmet off Amazon, which did what it said it would but was extremely claustrophobic and just generally low quality. After looking around and cross-shopping I was recommended this website repeatedly and gave it a shot. Not only did I find the exact helmet I wanted, I found many similar alternatives and every style I could possibly imagine. I ordered my helmet on a Friday afternoon and it arrived the next day! Best surprise I've ever had with shipping. Fits great, is much better quality than my previous helmet, couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will be buying from RevZilla again.
