I ordered the Klim jacket and pants when on a trip with my brother. He was riding with it so I could try it on and knew that the sizing was perfect. I ordered it while on my trip and it arrived at my house in Canada two days later! I was impressed.

Was in Santa Monica on vacation from Australia, i rang customer service to see if the item I wanted was available,Customer Service said there were 2 items in stock in store!

Travelled from SM to Costa Mesa and was told no stock in store as the product was in the warehouse, RevZilla staff in the store were amazing and arrange the purchase and to have the Vest sent to my accommodation in Vegas ( Thanks Guys and was great talking to you 😁

Prior to this purchase I had also arrange to purchase from CycleGear Culver City, travelled there by Uber and the sales guy said they didn't stock item either, when looking online the system said the item was available in store, sales attendant was not interested in assisting in any way!

I ordered gloves, a visor and a helmet. The site said they will ship within 24 hours. The gloves and the visor did indeed ship within 24 hours of ordering, but the helmet took 3 business days before it actually shipped. Not a big deal but was kinda annoying. Other than that everything else was smooth and I am happy with the products.

The helmet came in timely manner only problem was that it was used I ordered one but got wrong size so ordered another a size larger as did not have time for exchange process the next one came with lens changed the inside goggles were knocked loose on one side and helmet had 3 marks on top that looked as if it was dropped on concrete was expecting better

The ordering process was 1,2,3...The price was good. Not marked up. The delivery was quick and the box was perfect. So was what was inside...

Other than FedEx delivering my package two streets away, Revilla was great. FedEx doesn't even care my package was lost. All they can say is contact the seller. It wasn't the seller's fault my package was lost. I had to go find it. Thankfully FedEx took a photo of where they delivered it.

I ordered some riding cargo pants and hip protectors. They were received when I was told they would be and fit well.

Completely unacceptable customer service. I received defective open box Sena headset and forced to deal with manufacture

So far so good! 👍 things are fairly priced but would love more promo's & other deals! The 10-15% deals out there don't even work on anything.

I was having trouble finding a non damaged helmet. The first one did not fit right but also had snap closure and sun visor problems. The second one fit ok but was used. The inside was dirty and the Styrofoam liner was nicked and scratched up. Which brings me to RevZilla. I called them first and had all my questions answered. I ordered the helmet I wanted and received it quickly. It was brand new and in perfect condition. I will definitely order from RevZilla again.
