Went to RevZilla, a 4 hour drive, because when I asked about helmet size and shape they were the ONLY people that knew exactly what I was asking. Also they supplied little head covers to keep their helmets clean, why doesn't everyone do that? Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I want to let you know that I recived one of my items, the Fox Racing V1 solid helmet, with one missing part…one of the cheek pad (right side) was not on the helmet.

Have a look to the photos that I just attached.

I was in a trip so just til yesterday y had the chance to open the package.

I would appreciate that you could sent that missing part as this is mi first order with you guys and I want to keep buying stuff from your website.

I don't have any gear shops around me with nearly as much options as Revzilla. My local shop carries a hand full of options but it never seems to be enough. Revzilla has everything under the sun including bike specific accessories

Had a couple of questions before my purchase. The phone was answered quickly and so were my questions.

The instructions that came with the item were not very helpful because they had no words, just pictures. I reached out to Revzilla, and they said contact the company. The company just sent me the inadequate instructions again. It sucks when you purchase an upgrade for your bike but can't figure out how to install it.

Just as described! Fit was right on and the jacket allows a bunch of airflow. Really could use a liner on cold New England mornings. (I am using a liner from another jacket)
