I ordered some side panniers for my bike, 4 weeks before a long road trip I take every year. I was anxiously waiting for them to arrive. After about a week and a half or 2 weeks I got an email saying they were canceled. I am now scrambling to find the same cases (Which are hard to find) and so I am settling for a different pannier that I hope will work for this trip. Its a brand new bike or I would have figured this out long ago.
That being said they gave me a huge 10$ discount code on my next order. Which 95% of the stuff on the website is 20% more expensive than other websites. Nice gesture, not nice that I am sorta screwed now.
Marty from customer service needs to be retrained. Mounting piece was out of stock. Couldn't give me a price. Couldn't tell me when they would come back in. Couldn't tell me anywhere else that I could get the mounting piece for my bags. Packaging for bags was very poor. Box bags came in. Arrived ripped in several places. A miracle the bags were okay. Revzilla is usually good but very disappointed this time. Probably be looking elsewhere next time.
