Couldn't track my package and took a long time to get to me. Everything came and was in perfect condition. I can't stand the million emails a day.

I ordered an open box windshield. When it arrived over a week later, there was no mounting hardware in the box. I guess nobody checks the open box items before shipping them out. It's a disappointment because my commute is long on high-speed highways, so I'm waiting on the windshield for my new bike before I can start doing it.

I called customer service and they set up a replacement. I asked them to expedite it, but they said they could not. Two days later I noticed the replacement still hadn't shipped, despite being listed as 24-hour processing time. I called and was told that the warehouse could not find the replacement product. Instead we would have to set up a replacement with a different, similar product. The agent on the phone could not figure out or explain to me what was different about the replacement product, so I'll just have to wait and hope it works. Of course, this new product has a 7 business day processing time, plus another week or more for shipping. So it seems I won't see it for about another 3 weeks, more than a month after my initial order. I asked them to expedite the order since this was the second mistake they were trying to rectify. I was told they couldn't do anything. No other offers were made. It's just "sorry we screwed up twice. Wait a month and hopefully we'll get it right the third time. Fingers crossed". I still can't commute to work, so just sitting around waiting and hoping

FedEx fumbled my front tire. (The rear tire showed up but the front was delivered to the wrong place) FedEx was of no help whatsoever.
I contacted revzilla and after emailing them some information about the delivery. They immediately sent me a replacement tire free of charge and delt with FedEx.

I did the whole process myself online so I didn't get to talk to any of your staff, but I ordered it Saturday next day mail nowhere did I see anything that said you didn't ship on the weekend I paid an extra 30 something dollars I feel you should have an Asterix beside next day shipping explaining that besides that I am very happy with my purchase

Ordered a couple of items, leather jacket came missing some components sent it back after a week they were able to get it back in perfect condition 👌 👍. Tracking each order is a breeze and I love the cash back zillacash for being a loyal customer

Bought Metzeler 888 set for my ride. From the low price guarantee to the fast shipping all good. The born on date on the rear is 2024 the front 2022. I don't mind a year or two losing three years is a loss. Don't believe I'll ever buy online again without the tire in front of me.
