I accidentally ordered an open box exhaust that was supposed to fit my 09 sportster. I assume the previous purchaser swapped out parts as the muffler did not line up at all with the bracket provided. Revzilla made it right and I was able to re order a new one, while shipping the open box back.
I ordered the REV'IT! GT-R Air 3 Jacket and it was on sale with a free back protector. I realized I forgot to add the back protector to my cart after I had paid. I used the online chat and a customer service employee promptly fixed my order. Very easy to make changes.

I can't receive mail here and half my order was sent Ups,which I received. The other half was sent USPS and did not receive that. I wish that it was sent Ups for everything but apparently they can't pick and choose shipping companies. They were nice but I still have yet to get refunded.
Id give 5-stars but the only issue i came across was not receiving updates for delivery. Now it's very possible could have been on my part and not checked the box that asked. But this will def be the place i go to purchase parts for my motorcycle!
Ordered two visors (one clear, one dark smoke). Parcel arrived on time and in good condition.
However, one of the visors inside arrived with its package already open and with one of the side pins missing.
Seems like it was a returned item or perhaps mishandled at the warehouse.
I'm a bit disappointed as this makes the riding experience very noisy and unpleasant.
Received my recent order for new turn signals and tail tidy however the tail tidy was missing pieces so had to return and now I'm waiting for an exchange but it's just frustrating because inside the box even had a quality control check tag that all parts were included.
I ordered a Michelin commander 2 tire for my dyna, and was sent a tire with a production date of 2021. We are now in June of 2024! When I called customer service and addressed my issue about feeling uncomfortable putting on a tire that could possibly be dry rotted, unfortunately I was given the run around. I was told the following.
"When the parts are pulled we don't check the dates, so we can't guarantee that you'll get a newer tire. Also the manufacturer gives a 10-12 year tire life so you should be good"
WHAT?!?!?!
I reccomend to those who are considering on buying a tire from Revzilla, DO NOT! You are better off going to a local store, and buying a tire in person, that way you can check the tire dates. Also I have to say this, but the individuals in customer service have absolutely no knowledge on their product. Extremely disappointing. I will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again. Too bad you guys are owned by cycle gear.
Ordered 4 parts, all were in stock and supposedly ship next day. Received one part a few days after initial order. After waiting nine days, I called customer service about the status of the rest of the order. I was told they were shipping that next day. Obviously, the order was forgotten or they didn't have them in stock like I was given the impression on the site when I ordered.
I'll take my chances with other distributors, that don't have the items in stock if I have to wait so long for shipping.

The one item stated it shipped in 24 hours. It was good I actually ordered a set like these off Amazon that was a horrible experience waited over two weeks and they never came in, I did get reimbursed and I went straight to RevZilla for my tires. Ordered on Friday had them by Tuesday the next week shipping info stayed up to date and was notified when they were delivered. Fantastic thank you!
Great support system, found from YouTube videos, Solid gear for a solid price, can't be said any other way. Helmet was a little tight so I may size up next time, however not actual gear or merchandise issue.
Before ordering, I called to confirm shipping method and was told to use my physical address and NOT my P.O. Box because the item would definitely ship UPS. A couple days later I received a confirmation that the item shipped US Mail. There is no mail delivery to my area and this issue caused more than an inconvenience on my part. I called and sent an email to try and correct the situation and your reply essentially said "you should have used your P.O. Box" when I was told by your rep not to. Very frustrating.

I ordered a chain tensinor for my R3 based on the photo of the product to my dismay it was not that at all. How about put the real product instead of the part the person really needed.
Easy to navigate and multiple ways to purchase!These motorcycle leggings are fantastic! I was honestly surprised by how thick and sturdy they are, offering excellent protection while riding. Despite not expecting them to be so thick, they're incredibly comfortable and provide the freedom of movement I need on longer rides. Definitely impressed!
