Sadly the helmet I got was just to uncomfortable, had terrible wind sound and my mouth was to close to the inside of the helmet.
In a nutshell, I am not happy with my experience. Every video you watch on their products they tout their free return policy if you are not happy or it doesn't fit. First of all, its not free, you have to pay at least 10 dollars shipping. Second, they do not swap out a product like if you get a large and it does not fit, you have to purchase another product and they will refund your purchase. I spent over 3,000 dollars and so I charged it to the Affirm credit card option. I really do not want to charge more on that card, would rather just swap the product. Also, the riding jeans I bought was missing one of the hip armor pieces, they made me go through Klim so I had to set up an account and take pictures to send to Klim. Just over all a hassle to me. Wouldn't be so bad if they didn't keep telling you how easy it is to return things. I hardly ever complain but this time, I feel strongly about it.
I was looking for a new petcock for a 20 year old Suzuki. Revilla had the parts diagram and the part I needed. I received it in less than a week from when I ordered it.
I would definitely buy from Revizilla again! Breathable material, adjustable waist (dual snaps on both sides of the waist band), full leg length zippers on each side. They fit true to their sizing chart at your natural waist. I had a good amount of overlap between my hem of my raincoat and the waist of the rain pants. I just rode all afternoon in on-again off-again rain and stayed dry. The full-length zippers are zipp-able from waist or cuff, make accessing pants pockets easy, and makes putting them on and removing them without removing your boots a cinch. Definitely a worthy purchase!
Custome Service resolved all my inquiries and helped me sort out shipping issues with a package that didn't arrive on time to redirect it to a different location.

There was a problem with the warehouse that kept the oil from shipping. I had to contact the help desk twice and the second time they notified me that the item was out of stock despite what the website showing it in stock
Update and improvements are needed for UI on website. I had a problem with ordering the wrong tire and the customer service could not have been better. Revzilla is working hard to earn the motorcyclist's business. They've earned my trust.

The RK chain I received was clearly fitted to a bike (links were very dirty and the OEMs box was clearly retaped) and had about 5 links missing which made it completely unusable. What it looked like to me is that another customer must have tried using it on their bike, but cut too many links off and then returned it back without notifying RevZilla. The chain still has the OEM lube but has a clear outline of a chain breaker tool. I understand counting links or even trying to identify things like a chain breaker stamp/print may be asking for too much, but the chain right of the box was dirty which I would think should raise an eyebrow for further investigation! Surely the return process should have caught this the first time around right?..
Website is always intuitive and easy to navigate. I especially like the garage manager feature.
When I am just window shopping I go to RevZilla because there reviews of products is very detailed and informative. They the customer reviews help to complete my decision on if I will buy a product or continue to window shop.

I received the wrong item, contacted customer support, and was then asked to provide significant proof. Once I had convinced the support agent that I wasn't lying, I was promptly shipped a replacement, but not given the return label I was told to use. It took several attempts and over a week before customer support was able to get me a return label.
When a retailer screws up my order, I expect more. A few dollars in "Zilla Cash" would have been a very nice gesture to make up for the extra delays and work on my part, or at least belief that I really did receive the wrong part. I've been a RevZilla customer for a long time.
I ordered a 2-pack of light weight helmet liners. I was sent a baclava instead. Called customer service and problem was resolved professionally. Kudos to the gentleman that helped me. Great company. My correct package arrived the next day. WHAT Service!

First time user. I liked they had my size in stock. I had to return a pair of pants and was able to print a return label easy enough. The boots I ordered were as expected good fit and as advertised. I'm still shopping for my replacement pants. I will use RevZilla again.
Decent pricing and quick shipping. I've never had a issue with RevZilla and use them when I can. The catalog is pretty extensive but sometimes it falls short and while I realize nobody can carry everything I feel like the catalog has some holes in it.
I purchased a helmet, visor and shield for the same helmet. All items showed in stock and said it would ship next day. Helmet did. Visor, 5 days later. Shield, after 8 days get notified it isn't in stock. I bought them all together to make the helmet I wanted. Now I am missing a key part.
Bought new riding gear for my husband; his other gear was 20+ years old. Picked it out for an anniversary present. Shipping was fast and when the gear arrived it fit him perfectly! Very happy with the high vis to keep him safe.
