It was easy to figure out what windscreen fit my bike and shipping was fast. The product was just what I wanted and had instructions with all the correct hardware. I'm very happy.
Ordered item that was listed as 5-7 day before shipping. Got 13 days later with zero updates on status. Shipping and follow through sucked. I can get this type of performance by ordering out of other countries myself. Your site sucks
Easy to find what I was looking for and to place order. Timely delivery.
Had difficulty traveling the site, but personnel was very helpful.
I ordered a Street and Steel Leather Vest. Order came on time and it was a good quality product. It fit perfectly.
The company is using UPS services so beware of duties cost, 100$ more for a 200$ jacket is totally unacceptable for me. Because of that i will never buy again from Revzilla, there is other companies that give that duty service when you ship you know?
Otherwise the jacket is as supposed to be...
I love being able to search for items specifically for the bikes listed in "my garage". Very helpful to know what will work and what won't!
Shipping was fast - always is.
Great customer service when you need it.
Nice to be able to immediately find parts that fit my bike!
Part came in timely manner and price was good but my email and everything has been filled with stuff from here after one purchase and requesting I don't receive any emails from them. Also none of the emails sent had to do with shipping or tracking of my package never go one or a tracking number.
Shipping service from RevZilla has gotten worse over the past couple of years. It used to take 3, maybe 4 days to get your order. Even from the West Coast. My last order for an oil filter took 6 business days to go from NJ to NY. How is that even possible?
I bought an older Schuberth helmet from Champion couple of years ago (they are in the Netherlands). They were the first to have the C5 non-carbon in the world. End of the day, the comm system didn't work and I had to send it back. Champion would not replace it and then it got lost in the international mail! I lost 1800 bucks….they could have cared less! Never buy from champion if you live outside of the Netherlands!
I always buy from RevZilla domestically. My only frustration is that revzilla is regularly out of everything popular and the most popular sizes. It seems to take for ever to restock inventory. Bottom line is my go to going forward for everything is RevZilla……When it is in stock, customer service and shipping is outstanding.
Purchase a set of tires when I could not get them locally. They arrived in like 3 days. Online tire purchases for me in the future
Call customer service about a jacket return excellent customer service answered all my questions and received my new jacket within a couple days
Sadly the helmet I got was just to uncomfortable, had terrible wind sound and my mouth was to close to the inside of the helmet.
In a nutshell, I am not happy with my experience. Every video you watch on their products they tout their free return policy if you are not happy or it doesn't fit. First of all, its not free, you have to pay at least 10 dollars shipping. Second, they do not swap out a product like if you get a large and it does not fit, you have to purchase another product and they will refund your purchase. I spent over 3,000 dollars and so I charged it to the Affirm credit card option. I really do not want to charge more on that card, would rather just swap the product. Also, the riding jeans I bought was missing one of the hip armor pieces, they made me go through Klim so I had to set up an account and take pictures to send to Klim. Just over all a hassle to me. Wouldn't be so bad if they didn't keep telling you how easy it is to return things. I hardly ever complain but this time, I feel strongly about it.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear we fell short of a great experience. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and will be passing it on to our Leadership Team.
I was looking for a new petcock for a 20 year old Suzuki. Revilla had the parts diagram and the part I needed. I received it in less than a week from when I ordered it.
I would definitely buy from Revizilla again! Breathable material, adjustable waist (dual snaps on both sides of the waist band), full leg length zippers on each side. They fit true to their sizing chart at your natural waist. I had a good amount of overlap between my hem of my raincoat and the waist of the rain pants. I just rode all afternoon in on-again off-again rain and stayed dry. The full-length zippers are zipp-able from waist or cuff, make accessing pants pockets easy, and makes putting them on and removing them without removing your boots a cinch. Definitely a worthy purchase!
Custome Service resolved all my inquiries and helped me sort out shipping issues with a package that didn't arrive on time to redirect it to a different location.
At RevZilla I always find what I need at the right price.
Great buying experience and products. Shipping was quick and great communications
There was a problem with the warehouse that kept the oil from shipping. I had to contact the help desk twice and the second time they notified me that the item was out of stock despite what the website showing it in stock
Update and improvements are needed for UI on website. I had a problem with ordering the wrong tire and the customer service could not have been better. Revzilla is working hard to earn the motorcyclist's business. They've earned my trust.
Not in stock but the parts are easy to find in the blueprints
Shipping lead times are estimated. We see you order had a lead time of 5-7 Business days and shipped the 7th Business day. We do apologize for the delay.
