I ordered the Klim jacket and pants when on a trip with my brother. He was riding with it so I could try it on and knew that the sizing was perfect. I ordered it while on my trip and it arrived at my house in Canada two days later! I was impressed.

I recently got into an accident and bent my left handle bar and it's been wonderful ever since and I love being able to ride again!
Everything went well, shipping was a bit slow for today's standard but not too bad. My product was missing the instruction guide and product guide that were supposed to be included in the box, but that's a manufacturer thing and not the fault of RevZilla.
I was sent a damaged helmet yet am somehow responsible for the $10 fee to return it. Doesn't make sense. It's one thing if I decide I don't like a product, but it's not my fault that you sent me a damaged item. I should t be responsible for the return fee.
Looked at local gear store for some boots. Didn't have size in stock. RevZilla had same boot at same price with free shipping. Did it right there on my phone. Quick, easy.
I bought because they say you can return it once for green if wrong size. My item was too big, customer service said I could return it and would have to buy another size. So they have had my original pair of Klim pants for 5 days and I've not been credited for my return or hear from them. I'm reluctant to order the new correct size until I get my refund $526. I should have used Amazon.

I like the product choices and videos. But I subtracted a star because so many jackets I was interested in were out of stock!
Ordered a set of Avon Cobra Chrome tires (front and rear) when I was notified that they were back in stock. Note, this is not Revzilla's problem - Avon has been 'bought out' by another company and their tire production has been significantly reduced. Order was placed, and the shipment went out that same week, delivered to the service department I specified.
...in a good way. I don't even BOTHER going to other sites for moto-related products unless it's some obscure part, etc.
Years ago, Revzilla wanted to be the Zappos of moto gear and I believe they nailed it.
