Ordered item on 5/22 was supposed to ship in 24 hours. Didn't ship until 5/29, and wasn't received until 6/4. I think 9 business days (13 total days) including missing 2 weekends riding with my purchase is unacceptable. I will not be ordering here again any time soon, will use Amazon.
I had to keep chasing customer service to get any response. And the response was lame, just that they didn't know they didn't have the item in stock at warehouse and no one told them. Crap.

I received my order in a reasonable amount of time and the product was exactly as described! Price was fair and the product (rear view mirrors) fit perfectly!

I always have a great experience shopping at RevZilla. It's my go to store for parts and gear and shipping is always quick. Their customer service is always pleasant and helpful to speak with resolving any issues I might encounter.

Fast shipping, great prices. Can't go wrong with the Shinko 777's. I get 9-10k miles on the rear and 10-12k on the fronts.

The items I needed were mostly in stock. One of them should be delivered today or tomorrow, the other two I have received. Still, everything came in a timely manner. I am currently looking at a fourth item which is currently out of stock, but I have signed up to be notified when it is back in stock so hopefully they will let me know.

The Akrapovik exhaust is amazing. Installed on a Suzuki GSX-8R and fit perfectly. A little more work than the instructions provided for the 8S, but nothing in life is easy. It runs great after the install and can't wait until the ECU upgrade.

I've ordered a few items from Revzilla and the products and customer service were great. Only downside this time was how long shipping took. Several days before my item shipped out and nearly 2 weeks to receive. I wouldn't have a problem with ordering from you again unless I was in a hurry. In that case pretty sure I'd have to try another supplier.

I like how the parts were available and the price was awesome. I also like how you give veteran discounts.

My order arrived quickly and after trying on the gloves, I found they were a little on the small side
But a snug fit. So they will work. I wanted a pair of good driving gloves and these will be fine.

I ordered a full gasket kit, that was great. I ordered a tool kit. Opened the kit to make sure it was good, and one of the Velcro straps had already fallen off.

It's that simple, they have motorcycle gear for every season in stock. I especially appreciate their sizing and fitment charts as well as the specific buyer feedback on fitment and options. As a RPM member all my orders have always been promptly shipped and delivered in a few days. Returns (few and far between) have been hassle free and easy.

I can't do the review because I'll be able to install the mirror on the bike this weekend.

I ordered the switch for the left side lever clutch switch. The part I received was the brake light switch for the right side lever.

Installed this on an Arai Classic-V 2XL. No problems fitting this to the helmet. Just enough clearance to adjust sunglasses or scratch my nose. Be careful looking over your shoulder at highway speed. If you have an open face helmet, this will really help you. Old school stuff that works well.

I bought an older Schuberth helmet from Champion couple of years ago (they are in the Netherlands). They were the first to have the C5 non-carbon in the world. End of the day, the comm system didn't work and I had to send it back. Champion would not replace it and then it got lost in the international mail! I lost 1800 bucks….they could have cared less! Never buy from champion if you live outside of the Netherlands!
I always buy from RevZilla domestically. My only frustration is that revzilla is regularly out of everything popular and the most popular sizes. It seems to take for ever to restock inventory. Bottom line is my go to going forward for everything is RevZilla……When it is in stock, customer service and shipping is outstanding.

Kept getting a pop-up for an additional 10% off today because it is Memorial Day sale. The promo code I received did not render a 10% discount. Disappointing to be teased with an additional holiday discount that is not valid.
The Fly rain suit arrived in a few days and the fit is perfect. Even without the additional 10% discount, the purchase was exactly what I was looking for.
