Purchased a helmet, boots, gloves, and vest. Sent a price match request for the boots and it was reviewed and honored within 30 minutes of submission. Very satisfied
Bought the Bell MX-9 to get back into riding dual sports. Great colors, comfortable helmet and the sizing chart was accurate for me.
After the purchase it shipped quick, arrived in perfect condition and was super easy to install and now my bike looks awesome!
Fast shipping and great prices. Love their fast shipping and communication all the way till item is received.
In order to avoid shipping costs, I went in to a store to order. This was a small item. Shipping should be free to everyone.
I ordered three items, and two of them arrive fine. However, when trying to purchasea bolt for the crankcase on my 201 Honda Shadow 750 ACE Deluze, the diagram was incorrectly labeled. I ordered the bolt that was indicated for my replacement, and the one that arrived was incorrect. PLease review the diagram for the crankcase for this motorcycole and make the appropriate corrections.
It arrived shortly, sadly I dropped the helmet a week later and broke the parts again I had just replaced. My bad though.
My 2012 HD touring bike lost its seal in the air shocks. I went with a coil over, progressive shock. I shopped several locations before settling on RevZilla. I didn't want to spend too much money, and they had just what I needed. Reasonably priced, with a quick delivery. I wasn't sure which length to pick, so I went middle of the road. The shocks installed easily, with new hardware. I'm thankful for RevZilla and their products.
I received the wrong item, contacted customer support, and was then asked to provide significant proof. Once I had convinced the support agent that I wasn't lying, I was promptly shipped a replacement, but not given the return label I was told to use. It took several attempts and over a week before customer support was able to get me a return label.
When a retailer screws up my order, I expect more. A few dollars in "Zilla Cash" would have been a very nice gesture to make up for the extra delays and work on my part, or at least belief that I really did receive the wrong part. I've been a RevZilla customer for a long time.
The boots I received did not fit so I returned them using the Fedex label supplied. They received my return in 3 days and I expected my refund in 24 hours like their policy states. After 5 days I had to CHAT with the company and they said it would be another 5 days, a total of 10 days. After arguing and stating my refund ($304) through several message they finally refund my purchase. RevZilla needs to fix their refund/return service to support their CUSTOMERS and refund in 24 hours like their policy states. They need to hire people to support busy times and take care of their CUSTOMERS IF THEY WANT FUTURE BUSINESS.
These guys know what's up. They have all the right gear at competitive prices.
Excellent experience, fast shipping! Item arrived well packaged and no damage! Will recommend to others!
I ordered this jacket because I wanted protection when I ride I saw other reviews and thought it might be a good purchase I received the item and opened it tried it on what I didn't know was how much skin is exposed in this jacket you will need to wear long sleeves under the jacket if not when you go down in a fall you will tear your skin buy this jacket at your own risk
These a great, if you have flat flanged pipes like many aftermarket pipes come with instead of cones then order these. They fit right in there nicely without the fight of standard gaskets that want you to gently massage them in there and use special tools that just mangle the gaskets.
Search works well and products are described accurately. Items specific to certain model motorcycles are clearly identified.
Shopping and checkout are a breeze. Finding items in stock, however, is another can of worms entirely.
I had ordered a Biltwell helmet from RevZilla. The ordering and delivery process were fine, however the helmet internal padding was entirely too thick. I ordered replacement internals from RevZilla (again, order and delivery were easy). The helmet now actually fits without causing headaches and completely muffler my internal speakers.
Multitude of choices, yet everything is easy to find. Mostly shipping within 24 hours. Competitive pricing plus a GovX discount for Veterans, makes it easy to spend money with RevZilla.
As always finding what I need is easy. Quick turn around once I have ordered. Accurate in what is sent. Arrives in good shape.
There was an unexpected delay in shipping part of my order. I reached out to the customer service team to check on the status and they were exceptionally helpful.
I received all of my order, assembled and mounted the Denali horn on my Harley and am very impressed. This horn works far, far better than the stock horn. There is no issue hearing this one when another driver is not paying attention.
Did chat with them to buy a chain for my bike the one that they recommended will not work for me but as I did use already I will have to keep it, o-ring chains not good for motocross, another than that everything is fine fast shipping though.
First of all, their customer service reps are great. That's about all the good so far. Jacket took a week and a half to get here (paid for 2 day) because it shipped FedEx ground. Great jacket, love it! Pants sizing was off and wierd, returned. Gloves sizing was way off, returned. My local shop had great options at the same price or less, and better quality. Ordered a Givi top case, great quality, keeping it. BUT... the website gave me a part number for the other part I'd need to get the case on the bike. Just came in today. Picture in the description showed a plate. Nope! This was an adapter bracket, not a plate. Local shop assured me that I didn't need that bracket. I'll order the plate through them, since revzilla can't seem to accurately describe what you're waiting a week and a half to get only to find out it's wrong. I'll probably just keep my business local and skip the seemingly never ending hassle.
So far, 2 day shipping has turned out to be week and a half shipping. You use FedEx, and they're absolutely worthless where I live. My jacket that I ordered last Tuesday won't be in until next Friday which equates to the following Monday, because FedEx only works Monday through Thursday up here. I'm still waiting on a pair of gloves that I ordered when I ordered the jacket too. You've refunded me the 2 day shipping I paid, great, but I still won't have my gear until a week and a half after my bike. BOOO. The items I ordered today aren't time sensitive, but the jacket and gloves were. I probably won't order anything time sensitive from here again. An extra 20 bucks to buy local and have it is well worth the money. Also, please stop using the term "guaranteed 2 day shipping" when the subpar carrier you use doesn't deliver. Thank you
It doesn't matter what I purchased. This company itself is 5-Star. The gloves are awesome by the way.
