First tire lost in shipping called customer service, very pleasant and helpful. Shipped another tire out right away. Very satisfied.

Shipping time could use some improvement. Other websites usually get my parts to me in one to three days. Quicker shipping would be great.

Bought Alpinestar open box gloves, turned out they had a split finger seam. Revzilla gave me another 15 dollars off when I reported it.

I was looking for multiple things and Revzilla was the only place I found all of them in-stock. Shipping was faster than promised.

Visor is great but the website said it was in stock and it wasn't. So instead of ordering on Amazon and getting it next day I ordered it here and had to wait 2 weeks.

Revzilla is outstanding. Period. I have spent $1000's of dollars on motorcycle gear with Revzilla and though not every purchase was the right size or without an issue with the product, Revzilla has without fail expeditiously made things right and kept me a completely satisfied customer.

Even though the item I ordered was not in stock, this information was not available, so shipping took a little longer than I expected...

This product is by far the best on the market. The windshield makes such a massive difference in your riding experience. It's safer for the rider to not have all that wind buffering. I've put this on ever Harley I've ever owned.

Needed an upgrade to my riding pants. Naturally went to the RevZilla website to take advantage of the number of offerings accompanied by their product reviews. Took my time trying several pair. Easy return policy allowed me to try out a number of selections. And am rewarded with a set of pants that I really like for their style and features.

RevZilla has the high end motorcycle products I look for to outfit my bikes. I look for a lot of gear there, and in this case I bought a set of tires. The shipping to me is always surprisingly fast.

Their sizings are wrong and I followed the instructions for the sizings and the other customer feedbacks to try to get my correct size. It was still wrong, and I had to pay for the shipping both ways, even though their sizings are completely their fault, and I had to pay around 20-30$ for absolutely nothing.

I ordered gloves, a visor and a helmet. The site said they will ship within 24 hours. The gloves and the visor did indeed ship within 24 hours of ordering, but the helmet took 3 business days before it actually shipped. Not a big deal but was kinda annoying. Other than that everything else was smooth and I am happy with the products.

Flawless experience always for a non us resident. Every time I visit the US, I always order something. Always delivered on time and all the items.

So far I love what I received. It looks good, the quality is great, I am excited to try it out. It will be a great shirt/jacket for when the weather starts to cool off.

Placed order early Wednesday 7/31/24 AM, delivery was attempted on 8/02/24, but our office is closed on Friday. Delivery received on 8/05/2024.

Ordered these comms so that I could go on a trip at the end of July, showed up in a couple days and worked perfectly. I'm always able to count on revzilla to get things shipped to me ASAP.

I ordered 2 parts and was unsure if it was as a pair or single item. I ended up with 3, and am still unsure if I got one accidentally free or if i'm missing 1 from a pair i ordered.
