Very good experience. Website is easy to use. I found what I was looking for right away. My boots came quickly and as described. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable to ride in. When I'm not riding they just look like a pair of high top sneakers.
With the unfortunate demise of the local motorcycle specialty store, at least RevZilla employs motorcycle enthusiasts who know their products. When buying specialty items online, it's good to know it's not just coming from some big retailer who sells whatever exists, but a mid-sized retailer that cares about the product.
Other than the confusion the site has with the fact I'm shopping for two bikes, it's spot on and all my parts were bike specific and correct. I also got them quick and was notified when they hit my doorstep. Very happy indeed 😄
Almost everything in this website is overpriced, slow shipping, horrible customer service care. Didn't help me at all, just continued to say it's my fault, not their fault. Will never purchase here again. My pictures below show a huge difference. They are both exactly the same! $100.00 - $110.00 dollar difference on other websites.
I always buy parts with you guys but I bought a gas cap for my Yamaha R1 and it was the wrong shade of blue, I contacted you guys and you basically said to send proof and even then since it's a universal piece you probably won't accept an exchange. I will think twice before purchasing again.
Products were as advertised but shipping was horrible. One of the products arrived in their estimated window of 3-5 days. The other, a pair of gloves, I waited two weeks for with little to no tracking updates to explain delay. Rocky Mountain atv for all you Motorsport needs.
1) I first ordered some eyewear with the $20 discount code sent via text - msg said no strings attached, no minimum purchase. Thought for sure I closed the loop on the order - when I checked back, there was nothing. Perhaps that was on me.
2) so I reordered the eyewear (discount code had expired by this time) with some replacement buckles for my Sidi Adventure boots - Revzilla website product info said it was compatible with Sidi Adventure boot. To my disappointment, it was not.
Logging into website I was given a promo code for a 10% discount to give my email & phone #. Then it wasn't honored:- (
Like it sez in the title, I've had both good and bad experiences. I would say if you're ordering anything other than tires, you'll have a good experience. But for some reason, when I order tires sometimes they'll show up, other times the order gets cancelled, or most recently, it will take 6 weeks to arrive. Disappointing- from now on when I need tires, I'll go elsewhere.
On 4/19/25 I ordered a pulse generator for 2010 Honda Goldwing that was "in stock". So I added that to my cart. I wanted to purchase a gasket along with it but it was out of stock, no biggie, ordered from Partzilla. Went to check out, did all the steps, said 1-5 business day, cool. Placed order, status went to order received, 2 days later status went to order processed. At this time I noticed shipping said 1-2 weeks. Thinking to myself how if item was "in stock". So I called, spoke to a representative named Kimberly, super nice, not her fault. She said they are waiting for pulse generator to be shipped to them from another vendor than it would be shipped to me. Why show an item in stock to than have to wait for it. I could have just ordered it all through Partzilla with gasket, which I know now I should have done. Guess what, gasket arrived today. Guess I am accustomed to how Amazon ships. Think a company like this would have this figured out. First time buyer, not a great experience.
First time customer. Better prices than I found elsewhere. Initially minimal updates about the status of the order. Then it took two weeks to get the tires. No worries since there was no urgency getting them.
Bought a couple parts. One was the grips. And the aluminum part on it will freely spin on the throttle side but not my clutch hand but other then that I had a great experience and being in Canada they got here sooner then expected
Outstanding experience! I've been out of motorcycling for quite some time due to severe crash. Re-entering adrenaline sports I needed a pair of boots. Being a dude I find it difficult to ask for help that being said the gear geeks were outstanding. They were so helpful and nailed it absolutely nailed it. The boots fit outstanding and that is so important because I Loth and detest sending or taking anything back. Thanks very much Revzilla team for a stellar experience.
Always glad to see great prices when I log on to make my next purchase, RevZilla is my go-to place for motorcycle gear and parts. Only time I've ever had issues is with clothing manufacturers specifications always great customer service though!
I always wear an XL glove but these were way smaller and did not size correctly. I had to re-order XXL and returning times is a pain in the butt so I'll keep them as extra just in case. My wife can wear them if need be. This is why I hate ordering online. Returns are never easy.
Not bad finding parts. The shipping and notification system flooded my inbox with multiple emails. Could not tell there were three separate shipments ask with different delivery dates. Had to log into website to actually track the packages. Clunky experience.
I bought the Mustang Lowrider saddle for my Road King; it came in quickly and bolted up. Reading the instructions took longer. I didn't have any issues with navigating the site or completing the buying process. I'd hi from them again.
I was able to put in my motorcycle make, year and model which populated all accessories that would fit it. This helped me to narrow down quickly what fits and what I may want to try to make fit. Shipping of some items arrived 2 days after ordering which was a complete surprise.
Revzilla is SO much better than wandering to different stores, dealing with idiots who don't know their merchandise and tiny selections to choose from. Revzilla provides a wealth of information and a wide selection, along with fast, accurate shipping. I won't even leave the garage to shop anymore - it's Revzilla all the way.
Gloves arrived in great shape and was put to immediate use. Very snug fit and I was wondering if I should return for a larger size, however, I have to keep in mind that there's a breaking period, so I'll see afterwards. Otherwise, gloves are definitely nice!
