“Unable to see Golf Instruction Video's”

Alex you representative was very helpful. He tried & tried to resolve my problem which was I got you latest instructionn video's but they won't play on Chrome. All you previous video's opened fine until this past week. I am a member paid thru Feb 2021.My son a IT pro was able to open these video's thru Internet explorer after I have to go thru 6 steps to open 1 video. That's unacceptable. Alex, your guy was great, I have no problem with him. He tried for over 25 minutes. What's going on?

I bought some glasses from revolution golf, they were really cheap plastic, nothing like the video or pictures, i wouldn't give to my worst enemy. Beware having to pay extra for postage, even paying for shipping upfront with revolution golf, you are charged for collecting your package as well, paying twice for the same delivery. The money back guarantee is worthless, you have to pay again to return it, making returning anything pointless. My glasses are in the bin. Absolutely disgusted

By accident I ordered 3 instead of one watch. After I received order confirmation I noticed my mistake. Directly contact with Revolution golf and they promised to contact Vendor for cancellation of 2 wachtes ( I just want to have one). So far they promised me 3 times that they will do their best. But till now no further reaction.NOT HAPPY

If you cancel forget getting A refund. They just blame it on the bank. I get emails confirming my cancellation request and then later an email asking why I haven't watched the video. I called and was told my refund was processed on August 23rd. It's September 17th now. I called my bank and they said nothing had gone through.

Why would Martin Chuck, who appears to be a stand up guy, promote the swing click? Martin, you cant need the money that bad. Promotional material says money returned in seven days if not happy with the product. Now waiting for thirty days and was told so many returns have delayed the return of $25.00. Justin, it appears your company is a house of cards. So many bad reviews about your customer service and you fiddle.

I just received (8/30/19) an RJ19 golf bag - It was supposed to have 14 fully lined sleeves for the clubs - Nope NOT True - It has one slot fully lined sleeve for the putter, 9 outer slots that have no lining, 2 inner slots that share a lining and another 2 slots that share a lining - If you are looking for a bag with 14 fully lined slots, don't waste your time - Go somewhere else.

One more than one occasion the online order software would not work. I called in and a customer service person said it was my fault because of I was not using the right internet service, however when then tried to enter the order they had a problem also. They said not to worry they would call me back when you were open (I ordered on a weekend). After 5 days I called in and placed my order. You need to get your online order software figured out and to tell your customer service people to stop blaming the customer's software before they know what the real problem is.

After everything was said and done, Revolution Golf finally acquiesce and reversed the charges for the golf gloves. Not going unnoticed was all the documentation I provided to American Express - documenting email conversations which I believe went a long way toward reversing the charges. Also I will applaud Robby K who did live up to his committment and TaylorMade did send me the balls he promised.

Update to email exchanges with Revolution golf regarding defective golf gloves

The hits just keep on coming. Today I recieved from Revolution Golf wanting tracking information for the defective golf gloves I returned to address they authorized me to send. I wasn't going to spend the extra money for tracking so IO simply sent it through the US Post Office for a fee of $5.44. NOW they want tracking information before authorizating a refund. This comes after I was promised a dozen golf balls (which I have never received) and was told that I may "You may dispose of the defective gloves", even though I returned them and now they are demanding a receipt. This is as bad as it gets and I have now taken action with American Express to resolve this dispute. All I can say is never ever will I do business with this deceitful company again and I urge you to do the same..

A couple of weeks ago I received an email from Revolution Golf and Justin Tupper promoting amazing performance and astonishing durability for a product they promoted which was 4 Pack of Zero Friction Compression Fit Gloves.
After receiving the shipment I was anxious to try out these gloves. During my very first round, the material around the fingers on the inside of the glove starting deteriorating and flaking off the glove leaving the material underneath exposed. I cant believe at the end of the round how much of the material was peeling and coming off the glove, particularly on the fingers where the club is gripped.
When I called they offered $60 in revolution videos as oppose to returning the gloves, which I politely declined as my interest was solely in the zero friction compression gloves.
When I asked for a prepaid shipping label, they mentioned they dont supply those and the shipping would be my responsibility. Given the defective nature of the gloves, I was extremely disappointed in their response.
So it cost me $5.33 to have an experience with Revolution Golf. My suggestion is never, ever purchase these Zero Compression gloves and be skeptical of any purchase you make.

I've been waiting for 5 weeks and still can't get a confirmation on a refund. Revolution Golf blaming it on the manufacturer. I did purchase through Revolution Golf so you would think they would follow up. Not the case.

Do not order anything with them if you are a non-resident in the US. My order was made on July 30 and I received an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation on August 1. The package never arrived at my place in Germany and the carrier was not able to initiate a research on my behalf as the recipient. Only the sender can start such a research. Revolution Golf was not helpful at all. They only forwarded useless information from the carrier. They did not do any research themselves and refused to initiate any research with the carrier. They did not resend the ordered products. They did not repay my money, but simply kept it. In my view, this is pure theft. I am completely disappointed with the service and how this matter was handled. One star is way too much. You should buy your products anywhere, but not here.

BEWARE OF THE 365 day return promise that makes you think it applies to all items! THEY PROMOTE THIS EVERYWHERE IN LARGE BOLD LETTERS. BUT! Read the fine print in the buried, very last paragraph of items to purchase. They stuck me with Cobra F8 irons, which I purchased believing they were returnable within 365 days. Shame on Revolution Golf for misleading advertising. Make the "60 day return policy AS BOLD AND PROMINENT as you do the 365 day policy"!

Ordered a product Revolution golf advertised. The Duo golf cart "Alphard".
When it broke Revolution golf suggested I contact company which never responded.
I ordered this product in good faith that Revolution Golf would stand behind it. Customer service gave me the run around. I will never purchase a product through
Revolution Golf again. When they get your money, you are on your own.

Talked to a rep 5 weeks ago - told me they would send 2 dozen of a cheaper ball within 3 weeks. Haven't gotten those either. Is this a scam? Has anyone actually gotten their free golf balls?

Its customer service is terrible. I called its 1800 number so many times and every time I was greeted by the answer machine giving me the same message again and again. I left message and my phone number and nerve got any returned call. I sent emails to *******@revolutiongolf.com and nerve got any answers from them.

I purchased a Callaway Watch, was not happy with it, and returned in the original packaging. Sent FedEx, and was shown the delivery back to them. After waiting and waiting, I contacted them to find out where my refund was. Was told they needed my FedEx proof number. Provided it, then nothing. Avery big scam outfit.

Previously, I received my purchase without problems.
I have now been waiting for a number of weeks and still no parcel.
I am still awaiting for a reply from customer services.
This is now making me dubious about buying from revolution golf again.

Returned Impact Snap 5 weeks ago with return authorization and made one phone call and have yet to receive a refund.

Don" t buy unless you plan keeping it, like it or not.

I was a customer of these people from the very start and bought a few of their streaming videos. A couple of years ago I bought an item which proved not as advertised (it immediately required me to make further purchases to get what I thought I was getting straight away). I applied to get my money back/cancel the order by email to customer services. No response. I even emailed there principle "Justin Tupper" who appears on the site guaranteeing everything, to no response. I tried phoning despite being in the UK and needing to phone the US. The number given did not work. I decided to cut my losses and not buy anything else from them.

My motivation for this post is that one of their products that I did use has suddenly disappeared from my account. It shows as a product that I have purchased on my account, but when I try to access I get a 404 item not found message. I contacted customer service by email and after a couple of attempts got a response asking me to try a different browser. I spent more time following this advice to no effect. I contacted again and after a few more emails got a response that the product involved a member of the staff who was no longer with Revolution Golf and had taken there intellectual property with them. Now this person had in fact left the organisation some years previous and I had continued to have access to the videos (these were stretching exercises that I use regularly). I made the point that I had bought the videos from RG and it was their problem to supply me with them. I tried another line of customer service in the chat line and hung on for 30 minutes before getting a response. Got the impression that whoever responded really couldn't deal with my query and was not part of an in house customer service group but a sub contracted service. He was polite but had to pursue the problem with "administration" and would get back to me. That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing since.

I still get emails from RG which seems to have mostly a pusher of various training aids and is laughable in the way that every product or new video set is advertised to knock 5 - 10 strokes off your game!

There are many other sites out there now which offer a more systematic approach to training which go beyond the "tip fest" of RG and which I would steer any other golf geek towards.

I was watching golf on tv an d there was an advertisement for Revolution Golf to hit longer drives. I googled Revolution Golf, watched the video provided and thought I would see what the video was about. I ended up ordering the video for $17.00 and was provided a link to a what was discribed as a streaming video. I e mailed twice to see if it was a one time shot or you could view it as many times as I wanted. No response. I finalled found a phone number and called. After going through all the BS of pushing this and that number, being put on ignore for what seemed like a lifetime, I spoke to someone who informed me I could watch it as often as I liked, it was a download.

Well I have tried to download on my I phone, I pad to no avail. I finally download3d it to my corporate computer, a no no, and tried to watch it, got audio but no video.

I e mailed again last night, and you guessed it, still no response.

It may ge good but I'll never know.

I ordered PRGR and it was delivered to wrong address (previous address). I ordered it through REVOLUTIONGOLF.COM before ordering it my account address was a old one which I can not update. When i keyed in the order I entered the correct address. When I found out the product was delivered to my old address I called Customer Service twice. First time I was told the problem was I used Safire browser and I need should use Chrome. The second time I called (ALEX) said I keyed in my old address. When I said he didn't believe me. During this conversation I asked him to change my address on Revolution Golf and he couldn't do it however, he tried using Golf Pass and found it HAD the current address in it. Again I was told their systems can't change what I submitted.

Reading your comment, it appears the team was trying to explain the auto correction settings that may be in the browser you are using which we unfortunately have no control over.

With every order that our customers place, and that we place with them as well, we do recommend reviewing the order before confirming to make sure that everything entered is correct before it is finalized.

As of right now, your order is showing successfully delivered to the address that was supplied on your order. If the address on your order is no longer valid, can you please email into us so that we can update your account with the new address as well as make sure your old address no longer shows on your RG account. I would also recommend changing/updating the auto-fillers you have on your browser so they recognize your new address going forward.

I was under the impression that there was a 365 day return policy on all products but now I'm finding out that there is not. Very, very disappointed in RG+

I ordered a swing caddy and received email confirmation 10 Jan 2019. Sent an e-mail 4 days ago requesting shipping number and was told they have not one but the product was shipped by UPS 11Jan *******. With 8 to 10 weeks delay. Yesterday I sent an e-mail to request tracking number. No reply so I asked again and was told that it was shipped by USPS and they have not received tracking number. Now I am not an expert but USPS website clearly indicates that the shipper receives an confirmation e-mail, and if it is deleated they can check this by logging in to retrieve the number. My order number is *******

I ordered online the bundle deal of fairway metals, i then received info on the available driver, of which I wanted to revise my order to include the driver and swap out one of the fairway metals. I was unable to correct and resubmit my order to include the extra club online. I called service within 10 minutes of placing the order, explained I wanted to correct my purchase. She said she would cancel this order, and was assured it was cancelled, and that she would send me conformation and then I would have to resubmit my order. The next morning I received a confirmation of my order being PROCESSED and SHIPPED... thanks a lot, now I have to pay shipping cost to return the bundle deal, wait until it is returned and credited back to me and then resubmit my order. All because you can not stop and correct an online order, even within a 10 minute time frame. I don't think I'll be ordering anymore merchandise due to lack of cooperative control.
