One more than one occasion the online order software would not work. I called in and a customer service person said it was my fault because of I was not using the right internet service, however when then tried to enter the order they had a problem also. They said not to worry they would call me back when you were open (I ordered on a weekend). After 5 days I called in and placed my order. You need to get your online order software figured out and to tell your customer service people to stop blaming the customer's software before they know what the real problem is.
