L'app è pietosa. Si blocca in continuazione e compare sempre la scritta "si è verificato un problema, riprova più tardi", ma anche più tardi compare sempre la stessa scritta di errore. I documenti di riconoscimento non li riconosce nemmeno (provato sia con la carta d'identità che con la patente ma niente da fare). La versione web è pure inutile perchè serve comunque autorizzare l'accesso tramite le notifiche push dell'app, che non funziona.

I lost thirty four thousand pounds with revolut and over 2100 people since last December have lost £34 Million with them and they have rejected every single one of those claims in luding mine. So if you want to make sure your money is safe a kid using this bank and that is from personal experience. They don't care about their customers they just want to make money at any cost. Your money isn't safe with them and their systems can be easily manipulated.
Their systems are not safe and I am gob smacked that those idiots in the UK have granted them a banking licence. A guy who took £1500 of me showed me on my computer that he had recovered one hundred and twenty five thousand pounds from the USA and that figure was showing in my account balance as he manipulated their systems. In one hour and I personally contacted revolut to see if my money was there that was showing on my computer and they said no. Avoid like the plague they are useless.
I have been using it for over 5 years and like that it is easy to use, transparent fees, trading options and instant transfers for small services (baby sitter, piano classes tutor etc) Travelling is easy due to money exchange and cash withdrawal.
Revolut simply stole my money. Closed my account without explanation. Hence no access to online customer service. No telephone number to call. Hence no one to talk too. How the regulator and the government can let these crooks still operate is beyond my comprehension.

They advertise as being a crypto friendly bank, but whilst making a small transfer of £2000 to the reputable, well established, crypto exchange Kraken, my account was restricted.
I searched the Internet for a phone number to contact Revolut, and there are no phone numbers available that lead to speaking with a human! So I contacted them via App Support where I spent literally 4 hours being pushed around various departments, communicating with 6 different people, jumping through all kinds of hoops, only to have no resolution at the end of if all! I still have no access to my own money.
Furthermore whilst on App Support with Revolut I received a discerning, assume fraudulent phone call, asking me to transfer all the money I held in my Revolut account to cover a Visa payment that I'd not made!
Revolut's customer service is terrible and I believe the whole company to be a scam.
Although Revolut offers benefits their cards are completely insecure and open to fraud be very careful using them and when money is stolen from your account they are absolutely dreadful to deal with, stick with your regular secure and well protected bank cards avoid Revolut at all costs and don't wait for your money to be stolen as the company will provide absolutely no support
Well, it's really sad to say that Revolut isn't as good as everyone say, I do understand that if you tu use it just to pay a bill etc you may be happy with it but it all changes when you having bigger amounts transferred to this "bank"… they have just lost over £9000 which has been paid to me and now they are giving me a £100 for the hassle! That's joke! They advertise themselves as a secured place to keep you crypto, well we have trusted them and now we have lost all those money. So please if you are a trader or person which keeps crypto DO NOT USE them as they can easy loose your money! They aren't protected despite what they say.
It's become one of the useless application what you are making now is completely foolish they make some quality review what is over then 3-weeks blocking they count and you cannot make any transaction or received or send you cannot touch your money inside the account it's really something respect for the clients

I was purchasing my metal plan for the last 3 years, hoping to be protected by the insurance.
When I appeared in the insurance case situation and claimed it, they just ignored me.
I did not receive any information about my case for the last 5 weeks!
I contacted Revolut customer support and Allianz Global Assistance company many times and got only a re-assurance, but no actions.
They just want to make you tired of the endless calls and conversations to give up and let them still your money.
I saved all conversations and insurance claim confirmation, so I have a proof of every word I stated here.

Expensive pricing expecting some good service. This is not the case with Revolut. Service is the worst ever, it may need you a full month of writing them, maybe some body would revert, however not sure solve the problem. You'll mainly be blocked without even they request you to submit one single document taking your money their hostage. It could be their policy to finance their operations. Better keep away, they might turn the next wirecard anytime. Be sure your high street bank is way better than those people, I've been fooled, thousands been fooled till now, You try to avoid. Don't be be impressed by good reviews especially those on Trust Pilot. Revolut are paying even for fake good reviews.
It is excellent, despite some small things that can always be improved. For example, their app each time requiring to sign in after going to background is a bit annoying. Also, accounts are tied to phone numbers, so when I was in another country with their own SIM, I was unable to access the account due to disabled roaming on my original SIM card. But, as for payment service, it is really good, reliable and with real time exchange rates.
Went through the trouble of setting up the account and when I changed the BILLING ADDRESS from Scotland to North Carolina I got an email telling me I've been blocked permanently because I'm a THREAT to the customers. This is extraordinarily stupid. That's my billing address. Scotland is my 2nd home address. There are options you would think fir billing and shipping? Verdict: D.O.A. NOT RECOMMENDED.
It's a really reliable and very cheap banking service across borders. Totally awesome. Something went wrong a couple of times, customer service always helped me out, and I got my money. When you send money to Revolut, you have to add your personal id as a note. When I forgot it, I told them, and they fixed it for me to get the money anyway. I like the idea to change currencies without any charge, transferring money, having a credit card free (pay the deliver only), etc. Simply excellent!
I'm Revolut client and my credit card was used by Fraud that I could prove them.
They have nothing to do about this claim. Following the European Consumer Organisation they should charge back if there is fraud.
On top the internal security is so poor that is it not difficult to use your card by fraud.

Recently I had a very terrible experience although I was a 3 year customer of this Digital Bank. After I was talking about Solana Crypto Currency in their chat through the app, they put,out of the sudden, my account under investigation to see the problem and a few hours later they decided to close my account without any reason at all.! I was asking them to tell me the reason to see where was the problem and they only reply that it was their right to do so, and they did it.I still do not know the reason of closing my account permanently and I made a dispute to their Bank to tell me why they have proceeded to such a action. I got no response but they clarified the above..."that they have the right to do so". I tried to reach them through their chat after a few days ago and asked them to reopen the account but they refused because I was already black listed under their policy.
I really do not know what agreement I have violated because they did not say...! They did not even warn me to correct my mistake if there was any...!
Of course after this I understand that this kind of a service is very unreliable and not trustworthy at all. So please be careful who you trust.
Revolut Bank is engaged in fraud, blocks for no reason and creates conditions for the difficult withdrawal of its funds with maximum commissions. This is how they rip off the customers. It is better not to use the services of this bank or you will lose part of your savings!
My account has been locked since 13 July 2023 (six weeks ago) and I have a considerable amount of funds in the account. I immediately opened a chat regarding this and have spent hours liaising with the staff who change on a regular basis and continuously tell me that I am being scammed. I have provided all the supportive documentation they have requested, on numerous occasions and have responded to all their questions but still they tell me I am being scammed.
Frustratingly, they do not elaborate and support me to understand how I am being scammed.
I have explained that I am not being scammed and have, in my desperation, asked on several occasions for my account to be closed. They continuously ask me if I would like my account closed, I respond asking them to close my account and the cycle continues…
I have formally complained through their own channels and whilst that has been 'auto responded to' I have no further response. Although their staff keep pasting their complaints link in the chat!
Despite my promise to take to social media and complain to the FCA, their inaction and ability to move my case forwards continues.
I strongly advise everyone not to get involved with Revolut. They cause stress and in my opinion are a deeply dubious financial service. I have never had an experience like this. Stay away.
