Blaming other banks when the problem is with Revolut.
Waiting for days for "special department" reply.
Promise of 1 day transfers on app but CS state 5 days and I should have read the FAQ, because they state that over there, despite stating 1 day when making the transfer.
Liars, unreliable, unprofessional!
Avoid at all costs if you want to avoid frustrations. Not serious financial company - rather a sad attempt to become one.
