After my account was flagged for review and I was required to pay additional clearance costs, I became a victim of a fraud. Regretfully, the broker ceased responding after I made the payment. They provided thorough paperwork as part of their months-long rehabilitation process guidance. Ultimately, I was able to get my money back. They kept me informed at every stage and took an honest and practical approach.
At first, it looked reasonable, but reality set in when I was unable to withdraw my money. After sending about $4,200 in Bitcoin, I was informed that I would have to pay an extra $2,000 "unlock fee." They were kind, didn't ask for money up front, and just asked for the wallet addresses while outlining their tracking procedure. Ultimately, they helped me file a report, tracked my Bitcoin via several wallets, and found that some had ended up on a significant exchange. I got roughly 80% of my money back.
Within a week, I was unable to withdraw any money and lost everything I had saved. Once I informed MA////DA///COV///ICO about the problem, I was eventually able to get my money back. It was a really difficult and stressful process.

The system is not really working. You don't get the email they say they send. When, eventually, you do, they seem to be talking another language because what they say (in an automated reply) does not have anything to do with what you asked for.
