Their clothing is as cheap as their price. I returned the clothes as instructed and was told that the only way I could get my money back is if I sent them tracking information. I have now emailed them THREE times and each time my email has not gone through because their mailbox is FULL. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
My item came from China. It was too small not worth my time and effort to return; so gave to a niece who could wear. My first and will be my only time purchasing from this store. Fool me once…

This shop is an absolute scam DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If i could have given negative stars I definitely would have. Although their items are cute, they are so poorly made and the sewing is of such low quality that they will actually FALL APART while on your body. If you contact customer service they do literally everything in their power not to refund you and if you try to call the customer service number nobody answers. They say that their working hours are 9-5 yet they only respond to your emails in the middle of the night between 2-4am which still not not fall into working hours with the time difference so they definitely are not from america like they claim to be. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month now since they only answer when i'm sleeping and constantly take "much needed vacations" but i have had enough. I will be opening a lawsuit against them and I have more than enough evidence to win. If you guys would also like to join please contact me and we can take them down together. What they're doing is not right, it's not fair and it's fraud.

I never received the package and the seller kept telling me it was "delivered" and refused to issue any refund. I've wasted hours calling DHL about this order and even they couldn't tell me where the package ended up, and marked it as "missing" in their system. I gave the seller the claim number, but they completely ignored my request and the fact that i NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE. This is not a reputable website and i do not recommend using them. There are many other websites like this one where they ship cheap clothes from a foreign country - I personally will never trust these international websites again, especially avoid RetroStage at all cost!

I'm a big fan of reading reviews, but somehow failed to read any from a website other than theirs. Like some people said, the website is fake advertisement. The company is not based out of the states as it says and the phone number does not ring. The email customer service is also very disappointing. I received an email saying the dress was sold out (WHY WOULDNT IT SAY THAT ON THE WEBSITE WHEN I WENT TO ORDER?!?!) Now, they shipped the petticoat and accessories and I can't return without having to PAY FOR IT. I'm very sad I won't get the dress for my event, and that I'm stuck with accessories for a dress I'll never get.

This should be a 0... but i cant give that. I ordered a dress and a 4 peice (headband, gloves ect) set to go with my dress... saw that it was 6-10 day shipping... great. That gave me plenty of time if something went wrong... i was wrong... i had a party to go to on the 18th... my stuff showed up on the 16th... 3 weeks after i ordered... and it was the wrong stuff... when i tried to message about it i stated what the problem was... i got an email back that said here is ypur tracking numbers. They should be there soon or something like that... uhhh... i had it... it was wrong. I have now asked for a refund... and am getting no response... so i will be doing a charge back on my account. I wouldnt recommend this online store to friends amd i wont shop here again.

I just received my dress and it is absolutely stunning! Great shipping time. The sizing is spot on so if you are a medium buy a medium! I will definitely order again and refer to my friends!
Long wait for items to arrive. The order was split up. I still don't have two of the dresses I ordered. The two I did get were cute. The fabric was really nice. The zippers were cheap and hard to unzip to try the dress on. The return policy is awful, especially for clothes that you need to try on! I wish I had known before I ordered.

I feel completely ripped off.
I really love the dress itself, and overall had a good buying experience. First of all, I had a great purchasing and customer service experience! Not only was it a great price but I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The customer service was very kind and held my order so that it could be sent out with the right size. Even though this delayed when the package was sent, it still came quicker than I expected.
I loved the dress as soon as I got it! I tired it on straight out of the package and even then it looked lovely. I was surprised at how nice and full the skirt was, even without a petticoat. The material is good too. Most of the dress is made of a cotton (like most vintage dresses) but the waist ribbon and halter neck tie are made of a silky ribbon material, which adds a nice touch to the dress and glams it up a little.
I can wear this casually and for going out, so it's very versatile. I love the pretty and classic look of 50's style dresses, and this is definitely the best online site I've tried! Will be buying more dresses from here in the future!
I purchased four dresses and a petticoat from the site during the Black Friday sale. Reading the delivery estimates, it said that times could vary due to the fact that the items are "made by special technics, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items". It took 3 weeks to get to me in Australia, in 3 seperate packages, and I was never updated on the status of the order, I had to send in an email to request the information.
None of the dresses were "carefully packaged" nor were in any way "specially" made. They absolutely stunk of cheap chemicals, were an incredibly weak and cheap fabric which felt horrible on my skin, and I had a zip break when I was doing up the dress for the first time (though it was an appropriate size for me). When I put the dress on I still smelt like it for hours afterwards.
Since I had a broken zip, I wanted to complete a refund so I could get my money back, but I was told I would have to pay to ship it back to the US myself (which costs more than the dress did), and therefore was not worth my time. I was instead offered $20 back and a discount for my next purchase from the store (which I will definitely never use).
Also, I can confirm other reports of it being a Chinese company, as every package came from there and the service emails were very poorly written and even linked me to a tracking site in Mandarin.
All in all, I feel robbed and deceived and have not way of getting most of my money back, and I have four dresses which I don't want, one of which is broken.

I am a 50 year old, size 16,5'6" woman with a mama belly and shopping online isn't always fun, but this website is different! I enjoyed the shopping experience and found the prices were fairly reasonable. The big question was - how's the quality? I was hoping when I tried on my purchases that they'd fit right and I wouldn't be disappointed and am relieved and happy to say they're great! I purchased a very cute retro bikini and a jumpsuit in XL and they're both darling! The bikini top fits a bit small (more like L), but still looks lovely together with the bottoms which hide all my stretch marks! I really like the higher waist and the leg hole cuts not high cut - so I can even skip shaving the bikini line. The jumpsuit opens a bit deeper into the cleavage area than it appears in the photo, so unless I'm feeling riskay, I'll need to wear a strapless halter, but overall, it falls luxuriously over my usually noticable cellulite/fatty areas without showcasing them, and is unique and sexy! The shipping wait was about 2 weeks (China to Canada), and came in two different packages but both still arrived the same day in good shape. I will likely be back to shop Retro-Stage again.

I bought one of your beautiful dresses. According possitive revievs, I was nervous to get them. So - wow - dress arived in 14 days ( to the Czech Republic). Very well made, nice material and fit perfect. Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
