Hah, good luck. I returned mine over 6 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my refund. I won't ever order from this company again. Terrible service.

Good luck! I'm fighting it through PayPal myself. They are quick to take your money but don't want to issue refunds.

After returning, please kindly provide us the return information and I will contact our warehouse colleagues to confirm if we get the return parcel or not.

It will take about 2 to 3 business days to confirm after the returned parcel delivered to our warehouse.

I will apply the refund to you after we confirmed.

I got ZERO refund! Paid shipping back and they got it but said there's nothing they can do even though they acknowledged it was received in the return window.
