How long does it take to get a refund from something i mailed back in september? you owe me $32.99 for a dress i returned. ship back cost me $23.00!

Answer:

Hah, good luck. I returned mine over 6 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my refund. I won't ever order from this company again. Terrible service.

Do you have a sizing chart?

Answer:

XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Still waiting, three weeks after paying for shipping so it would arrive in six to eight business days. Retro was certainly able to charge my card immediately but can't seem to deliver the goods!

I am about to leave a terrible review! my package still hasn't arrived and no one will let me know when i should receive it, the tracking is useless

I got no where with my complaint. Tracking g is a joke it doesn't work... could it be fake? All seems dodgy to me. Leave an honest review I think.
