I would NEVER EVER, EVER order from this company again. I ordered 2 dresses back in March for an event. I kept one dress and sent 1 back. The process is AWFUL to go through. They first try to keep your money and issue you a "credit" toward future purchases. When you say "No" they offer to give you the item you want to return for a lower price. Then when you go back and say "No" again, they take several weeks to get back with the info on where and how to return items. After going through all of this, it has been 6 weeks since I priority mailed the dress back... AND STILL NO MONEY. All of this to get $40 back?! Really?!
