I saw negative reviews about their website, so I didn't put in an order the first times I saw their ads in my Facebook feed. However, there was this 1940's silk dress that kept popping up in my feed that I loved and I couldn't find it on any other vintage dress site, so I decided to give it a shot since I couldn't stop thinking about that dress. After putting in the order, I kept worrying that the material would be junky or it would fit poorly; I had really low expectations. But when the order got to me yesterday, I was seriously impressed! It fits me just like I hoped it would, the material is soft and beautiful, and it looks just like the picture on the site when I wear it. It fits true to size and I have absolutely no complaints. I was so pleasantly surprised. I'm not sure why people left so many negative comments. Perhaps they have improved their quality over time? I will say that the shipping time was longer than I normally wait for shipments, but I recognize that they are taking extra precautions with shipping right now, and it was definitely worth the wait for me.
I will be shopping from them again in the future!

Ordered a 1920's style dress from Retro Stage and I'm very impressed! Amazing prices and wonderful customer service. I paid the few extra dollars for expedited shipping and it came 3 days early! When I received the dress the zipper was covered by some of the fabric, but a quick email resolved the issue and customer service refunded me some of my money for my trouble. After my daughter and I looked over the website several times and found the prices to be decent, I chose to order her a beautiful 1920's style flapper dress. I ordered the dress with accessories on April 29,2020, I finally received my order on May 25,2020.
They state in the description that the product will be prepared and inspected by quality control before being shipped. There are several pulled fringes at the bottom and several pulled/hanging threads (photos posted).
The dress is pretty, is lined, and looks nice on my daughter. The fit is slightly larger than described, but not a full size so I would follow the size chart and it runs true to size.
I would HIGHLY recommend if you were planning on ordering an items you do so in plenty of time since shipping takes a ridiculously long time. I was also not aware the item was being shipped from China when ordered and being shipped via DHL.
Not sure if I would order from again. If I did I would make sure I ordered LONG in advance to assure it makes it in time.
Bottom line:
They do have cute items, but they aren't in great shape when they are received and the shipping is long.

After waiting several weeks for my order not only did they not fit but they want more money to exchange.
I ordered two dresses, poor quality fabric for looking like they should be warm. They were both size 8 but one was listed as a Medium size 8 and the other a Larg size 8. I always wear a size 6 to 8 but neither one of them fit.
Trying to contact them is nearly impossible. I emailed them first with no response I called them using their contact button which led to an automated recording that said it wasn't a working number. I then used their chat on their page. It said that they would email me within 24 hours... Which they did not. So I searched their page and found another number which took me straight to someone's personal voice mail. There was no indication that it was to this company.
When I finally received an email they wanted me to pay an extra $35 dollars (after already paying close to $75 originally) for them to send me an exchange because "The return and the exchange are more complex and time-consuming." Yes, I get to keep what I have but why would I? So I would be paying around $110 for two dresses that should have fit, and at the original price.

I have been trying to reach this company and customer service is very lacking. I placed an order and it doesn't state in the ordered process how long the item might take. Once you place the order you can see it takes 15-30 business days. You also receive an email that tells you it can take a long time. I immediately emailed them asking to cancel my order. I sent another email also offering to switch the item with something that comes from their US warehouse if they are unwilling to cancel. They replied next day and said I could switch and I immediately responded and said the swimsuit I wanted to switch with. It's now the next day and I emailed again and get an out of office message. It's 10am CT….the email states they are enjoying their weekend and won't be back till Monday the 17th and to call the customer service line if you need assistance. I called the line and no answer. Honestly, I'm not sure who runs this company but the customer service setup and website need work. You should highlight how you have multiple warehouses and some items take a very long time to ship. Not wait till people order to send an email. I will not be ordering from this company again and until my order gets fixed I won't be adjusting any of my reviews.

I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
