I needed a dress for one wedding and wasn't sure about online shopping, but the dress I ordered from Retro Stage came even more beautiful than in photo and even before expected time and for excellent price!
Even when I put the dress in my mother's hand, she squeaked that she would NEVER like her. I just heard, "NO, no, no!" YOU WILL LOVE IT! They are really beautiful, they fit the breast, they are not so long they are not so short, just wonderful. There are still a lot of beautiful and funny dresses in this store.
My fiancé ordered my dress and petticoat on the 25th of May, we received my order on the 29th of June. I am in love with my dress! Dress is very flattering as is petticoat. I would definitely recommend this store!
I ordered a whole outfit and paid for expedited shipping. It then told me that it would take an extra few days to prepare my package to ship (which it did not say when I placed the order). I was on a time crunch, but with expedited shipping it would have been exactly on time if not early. I tried to cancel my order after receiving an email and they would not cancel any of my items and said they were already shipped. I got an email a few days later that said the items were shipped, but were split into different shipments.
One package came from China had my shoes and has such a horrible smell to them. The beading is snagged and they are very cheaply made. Glue is very visible and the padding in the shoes is coming up already. I didn't even bother opening the dress, because it came 4 days after my event had ended.

Customer service I have received. I also have to pay for shipping to return the items back! I will never use this company again.
Do not buy from this store. I ordered a dress and accessories for a party. They said it would take up to 15 days to be delivered it took over a month so I had to get another dress for the party. When I asked for a refund they said I would have to pay the postage to the warehouse which was really expensive but I decided to do it because I no longer needed the items. The parcel arrived at their warehouse and was signed for, I followed every instruction they gave me and have sent numerous emails to follow up on the return but I still have not been able to get my money back! Its been more than a month since it arrived at the warehouse. My tracking number is Tracking Number: LK*******AU order number is FD*******

It's junk from overseas sold as top shelf wear. Save your money and THREE months to get something.they blame the "carrier" on everything, including the crapping linens.
This website is a spam, they trick you into all these vintage dresses and there is none!
I ordered and did not receive my order and when I checked with the tracking company they said this place is a spam and many people are complaining, I did not get my refund of $140.17 from them till now and its been 3 month of back-and-forth emails!

I received my 1950s red checked dress within 7 days of placing my order! I followed the size chart and it seems to be true to the recommended. It is super cute and quality equivalant for price. I wasn't expect g a side zip, a pleasant suprize! I am still waiting on a 2nd dress i ordered at the same time.
I was extremely skeptical about reading these negative reviews; however, the pieces I received are beautiful! Can't wait to wear them for my 1920s nursery mystery party! See attached pictures.
Dress came way after I needed it and had the same quality of a cheap halloween costume. Looked nothing like picture and should be avoided at all costs
I have not yet received my order, as it has only just shipped ( which was really quick!) I'm amazed at the selection and ease at checkout. Can't wait!

Super low quality made in China crap and rips after one gentle cycle wash. Colors not the same as the photos on their site do not buy a total waste of money but if for one use than it's ok.

I absolutely LOVE my wine red beaded and sequined 1920s dress. I am a size "small" and the dress fits like it was made for me. I walked into the room of an event I was attending and a gentleman said "what a beautiful dress... you light up the room!" I am so glad I took a chance and ordered this dress... I my mind a dress of such quality and craftsmanship would cost $100 or more. I paid $35.98. I felt so elegant in that dress.

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
