I ordered 2 dresses and a petticoat and all fit so perfectly and look gorgeous! The material is light and cool and the petticoat feels like a dream. I'll be ordering again real soon! For the prom that would never happen 2020, my daughter was ready to stun her date! The illusion straps made this a showstopper. Only needed slight alterations in top and length. Good communication with customer service since it was on back order at the time.

I was surprised that the item i got was a cheap, thin, polyester costume. For $42 i expected something at least middle of the road. This is worse than a $15 Halloween costume. And as a matter of fact, the front of the package claimed the worth of the goods was $10. Which sounds about right. They even lied about the material on their website, claiming it was made of soft stretchy Cotton, Spandex. It's not. It's made of Polyester. Liars.
Don't pay of this Cheap Chinese Crap. It's a thoughtless, attempt to cash in on retro fashion by overcharging on poorly assembled goods.
They will make you pay OVER 75% of the price of the product to return the item to a country that it wasn't even sent from. They will not pay for your return, even after lying to you about what the product is made of, and lying about the price of their product. They are scammers. Do not buy from them!

Awesome products! I love the many choices I got to choose from and I was able to find something with sleeves and long enough that I could wear it to church. I'm happy!
Ordered some clothes from here and then there were some problems with the order process so I contacted customer service. Customer service was very rude and unhelpful. I told my friend about what happened and she said that she had similar issues when she also ordered from Retrostage a few months ago and that they refused to give her a refund when they only sent 2 out of the 3 items she ordered. Buy elsewhere!

Ould return the product within 15 days of receiving it... I FEAR I WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT! They literally just took my money. Oh AND I keep receiving auto generated emails from them asking to write a good review for them and I'll receive a 15% discount. I never received my full order to begin with.
I want a refund for the two dresses I have yet to receive: 57.54. I would also like for it to be clear that this company is obviously not based in the US and it's website and address make it seem to be. The obvious copy/paste responses are irritating and frustrating. If this was a US based company this would not be an issue even with shipping from warehouses all over the globe. I don't think that asking for just the refund of the amount of two never received items is to much to ask for.

I ordered two dresses two weeks ago and have yet to receive a confirmation order or a tracking number. I have sent an email to customer service on two separate occasions asking for an update with no response. I understand that they may be busy due to the current global situation but two weeks is an excessive amount of time to respond to an inquiry. I've read other reviews so it appears that others have had a similar experience and that the only way to get a response from their terrible customer service is to post a negetive review. My card has been charged and I have no idea if I will ever get what I paid for despite paying for faster shipping.

After my daughter and I looked over the website several times and found the prices to be decent, I chose to order her a beautiful 1920's style flapper dress. I ordered the dress with accessories on April 29,2020, I finally received my order on May 25,2020.
They state in the description that the product will be prepared and inspected by quality control before being shipped. There are several pulled fringes at the bottom and several pulled/hanging threads (photos posted).
The dress is pretty, is lined, and looks nice on my daughter. The fit is slightly larger than described, but not a full size so I would follow the size chart and it runs true to size.
I would HIGHLY recommend if you were planning on ordering an items you do so in plenty of time since shipping takes a ridiculously long time. I was also not aware the item was being shipped from China when ordered and being shipped via DHL.
Not sure if I would order from again. If I did I would make sure I ordered LONG in advance to assure it makes it in time.
Bottom line:
They do have cute items, but they aren't in great shape when they are received and the shipping is long.

I ordered my dress on May 8th. I have since been told that my dress has shipped...
Multiple times. When I was "finally" able to track my dress I discovered that it hasn't been shipped. They lied to me multiple times. Now I just want my money back. I will be reporting Retro Stage to the BBB and the FBI Cyber Crimes Unit and using the mails they sent to me as proof of fraud. I don't mind my item being a bit late. It is part of the pandemic situation we are all currently experiencing. I will not stand for being lied to and jerked around.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered the dresses, paid expedited shipping, and sent an email to the company saying I needed the dresses by a certain date. I waited until a couple days before I needed the dresses and I tracked the dresses and called the facility the package was supposed to be at and they said they didn't have it. I emailed Retro Stage to see if they would help me locate the dresses because I really needed them by a certain date. I never heard back from them and the dresses didn't even come in in the time frame they were supposed to with the expedited shipping. I am very annoyed with the poor delivery time and not hearing back from the company. Will be returning the dresses whenever they get here and won't be buying from Retro Stage ever again.

It took some time to arrive but it was worth it, beautiful dress, exactly like the pictures and the size was like it said on the site. It's so confortable I don't even want to take it off, can't wait to wear it out on dates.
Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
