Recieved two dresses, one I totally love, the color the fit it's perfect. The other one with the sunflowers I'm not that big of a fan of the fabric but besides that it's a really nice dress.
Even during a global pandemic, I got my order during the time frame that they provided me. The dress I received is well made and fits.
I ordered my dress and paid extra for expedited shipping, it never arrived and no one seems to be able to help me. They offered me coupons. Unable to track it since july 31, its now August 10. Not satisfied at all!

I recently purchased 3 swimsuits from this website in hopes that at least one of them would fit and I could return any that didn't. I got the Blue Halter Polka Dot Bikini, the Gray Plaid Criss Cross Pleated Bikini, and the Red Halter Polka Dot One-Piece. It took several weeks for the swimsuits to arrive, but the two bikinis are my favorite swimsuits I have ever owned! They fit true to size (mine are size small) - they are so cute and extremely comfy! The coverage is great - I don't feel like it's going to slip and reveal more than I want to show, and these are the first bikinis I've owned where I don't feel like I have to wear shorts and a tank top over it to feel comfortable (and I LOVE the high-waisted bottoms)! The one-piece also fit true to size, but my torso is too long for it so it doesn't come up high enough. I did try to return that swimsuit and realized that the return policy is not the easiest (though their policy is listed on the website, so I should have just read more carefully). When I emailed customer service about it, they were very friendly and got back to me quickly - the options were that I could mail it back (me paying for shipping) and then the company would decide whether or not to give me a refund, or I could keep the swimsuit and they would give me a $5 refund and a discount code for future (I chose this second option). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!
Buyer beware I ordered dress with expedited shipping in May. It is August and no dress or refund. Company is a scam been fighting for my refund since June 1st

I've order many 50s style dresses from this site. The sizing is a bit hot or miss but for the price the quality and design are faultless! I love it! X
I've purchased two 1950's retro dresses online. One is yellow and white sunflower dress and the other is a blue ruffle cold shoulder dress.
This was my first time shopping online. I've ordered the dresses in April during quarantine. Because of that, I wasn't very sure about the size and I ordered size M insted od S which would fit me better, so I had them narrowed a little around the waist. The blue dress fit me more in the waist, but the yellow was a bit too big.
Perhaps it was because of Corona, I'm not sure, but I waited about 3-4 weeks for them to arive in Texas at my cousin's house. Since I haven't shopped online before, I didn't want to risk sending them to Europe where I live.
When my cousins gave me the dresses, I was amazed by how the color, shape and everything was exactly like in the picture. I knew the sunflower dress was going to be the same color, but the blue one was surprising, it wasn't even a shade lighter or darker than in the picture.
I will probably again sometime in the future order some more. These retro dresses are affordable, unique and stunning!
I usually don't enjoy walking around in a bathing suit, but since I received the 2 I ordered from retro suit, I'm looking for any excuse to be in one I love them! They are exactly what I expected. The fit is perfect. The material is high quality, well-sewn, doesn't feel like it could be ripped or snagged easily. The style is adorable, and I truly feel cute/attractive when I wear it, which is the most important part for those of us who struggle to feel at ease with so much skin showing. The cut of the bottoms is good: the back didn't give me a constant wedgie. The front covers enough skin that I'm not concerned about my bikini line showing (useful if you've skipped shaving that day). The high waist is perfect for anyone who wants to cover their tummy without wearing a one-piece (stretchmarks, jiggle, C-section scars, etc). I am 5'6", 120 lbs, 32A-34B depending on bra brand, and my suits were Small.
I received my other 2 dresses (2x) on about week 3 and I fell in love. They are thick material and excellent cuts, they fit well and I'm so so happy!
Dress turned out beautiful! Sizing is perfect, although the waist on the dress sits a little high and is more on my ribcage rather than my natural waist. But a little thread and the belt fixed things right up :) the package took much longer to get here than what was said, however that is most likely just the postal service in my country with this virus going on. Overall I am very happy with my purchase :)
I love my 50's style red and white plaid dress. It is exactly the way I wanted it to be and fit great. I'm a 14/16 and ordered a xxl. The petty coat just adds the right amount of poof. The shipping took a little longer then I expected so I did t get it for Canada day which is the reason I bought it. But mail is slow because of the pandemic so that's ok. Still give it 5 stars
Taking into account that it came from HK, it came to CH relatively fast (about 2 weeks) from an order date.
The fabric nice and a little bit elastic, size as described.

Placed my order last night and they told me to let them know if I was getting it for a special occasion. I told them I was getting it for my brothers wedding and they shipped it out next day! All the experience with customer care has been great and all of the dresses are beautiful can't wait to see it when I get this one out of the box!
I purchased a dress and a shirt, skirt combo and they are both so beautiful! They fit so perfect and make me feel amazing! Highly recommended and the price point is great as well!
I ordered a swimsuit on May 30, it has currently been 46 days and it still hasn't arrived. I paid for expedited shipping (which advertised a 12-20 day shipping period). Emailing customer service has been no help, they just send you your tracking number and ask you to "wait just a little longer." I recommend you call them directly, else you'll get nowhere.
This was my first experience with this company and I will never order another item from them again. This has been nothing more than a waste of time and money.

I received the wrong dress, twice... and it was the same wrong dress, twice... which means it was probably a technical error... the dress(es) that I received we're poor quality, which was unfortunate because the material of the dress that I had ordered looked great! However, I can't review that particular dress since I never received it...
I had all of the documentation, packaging, receipts, communication from PayPal, etc... so I was able to access and send all of the information that the Retro Stage service center asked for. The communication was fast and consistent, which I greatly appreciated.
My first review was a 1. My second and updated review (this one) is a 3. My reasoning for a 3 is because of initially receiving the wrong dress, which was low quality, and my initial communication with the company combined with the fact that all other communication was extremely prompt and I received a refund AND I offered to send the dresses back to which they said to keep them... I will be donating them.

I purchased 3 dresses and petticoats- I expected good quality because I had bought a 1920s dress earlier that was good quality although not a great fit. The 1950s dresses were horrible- cheap material and busted zippers. I promptly returned them and they refunded someone else for my stuff and have been telling me for weeks that they have refunded me. I have sent pictures verifying that I have not received the refund but they just continue to send a copy/paste reply. I will never purchase from them again.

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
