Jennifer Bernicky is amazing. She took a list of facts and turned it into a beautiful resume. She answered any questions I had, and made any little tweaks I suggested. I'm especially impressed by how quickly she does this work. We all have doubts about our abilities going into this process; Jennifer's work makes me feel more confident about myself heading into this process. I will suggest this company, and Jennifer, to my friends.

I'm not the best at bringing my words to life or "selling" myself on paper. I worry that I come across too confident or either not enough. It was great to have someone else's perspective and to put together a document that I'm proud of.

I didn't receive the draft in 3 to 4 days as described on their website. This didn't leave enough time to fix areas that needed reworked and completed. It was more than 2 days after that that I received a response from the resume writer. And a person with Resume Pundits who said " Go f%^& yourself" in an email to me after I complained and that I wanted my money back and that I would post my experience on social media

Having been quite awhile since I had entered into the job market my resume needed a major overhaul. Since resume writing is by no means my strong suit I decided to look into resumepundits for a professional writer. And I am so glad that I did! I purchased 0-5 years experience package including LinkedIn update in June 2021. I was contacted by a resume writer immediately after the payment, and I was happy about the resume I received. I forgot to ask LinkedIn update at that moment, so I recently called and emailed to Resume Pundits for LinkedIn and resume update. I contacted them numerous times but never received response so far. Resume pundits guarantees lifetime resume updates, but it seems it is extremely hard to receive the resume update service once the first service is done. I chosen Resume Pundits because they guarantees lifetime resume updates. There are plenty of resume writing services out there, so I would recommend you to but the service elsewhere.

I purchase a unlimited package from resumepundit however, every time I try to get an update it seems as if Brian F. Is ignoring me, he does not reply to emails, text or phone calls. I am not satisfied with resumepundit at all. I will not be referring this company to any of my classmates.

Answers email and make corrections immediately. Always on point. And really wants to help rather than just doing their job.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience to anyone without money to waste. I had to dispute my purchase with affirm (and won). If you receive writer Brian Furman please know you will not hear from him until he is ready. Our initial phone call —stated to happen in 24 hours of purchasing service —had been scheduled for me to receive no call at all no follow up. I had to email him asking if I misunderstood directions to which he replied 'sorry I had to take my son to the doctor.' Okay, things happen but it took another 4 days to get him to reschedule and actually on the phone. The 3-4 day process was 14days. 14 days until I got a first draft from Brian and it was so disappointing I started crying a bit because I realized I had made the wrong decision hiring this company. My resume had typos, repeated sentences, and was 3/4 an exact copy of my old resume and companies job description he asked me to provide to him 'just as a reference'. He copied and pasted my entire resume to a new page for my previous roles and the new section he had to make for my current role looked like he copied my companies job description ad- word for word. The header looked generated by a poor AI device and was in no way relevant to my job. I am a tech project manager, he highlighted in bold a completely different field (data management) as the opening title of the resume. The cover letter was a slew of dynamic words thrown together that made no legible sense in the story it was to tell. He bulleted a job role from 6 years ago on the cover letter and again was full of typos. Disappointed was not the word. I also paid for a linked in revamp and he had not done that work at all. After 20 days. After relaying the mistakes and revisions needed he essentially stated he's been doing this awhile and I should try the resume before saying it is unacceptable. I had to stand firm and tell him that the resume and cover letter is not something I would feel comfort at all in 'trying' because of the quality. He took the biggest words he could find and really threw them on to a paper with no specific mention of quantitative stats (that I offered to provide via phone convo). When mentioned with an attempt to set up a phone date for a re-write, he still did not want to get on the phone. Insisted I send them over via email which I'm sure he would've copied and pasted on to the paper. After another few e-mail attempts to him to schedule he completely stopped answering. I asked to be transferred to a new writer or a refund and he answered to say "I don't handle refunds but I'll contact management". After following up once I never heard from this person again. Please do not utilize this service. Spend the extra $200 to work with an individual who will craft a story just for you and not ghost you after money is spent. This was so nerve wracking and here I am 2 months later finally getting my initial payment back from my dispute and searching for a new service. There is a reason they do have google reviews and make it hard to get a review out there.

Thanks to April and the work she did with my resume, I have been confident in my job hunt!
Within a month, I have received multiple offers and just this week I have secured a new position! I am finally able to get myself out of sales at a small company with a small mindset, that I dread going to day in and day out!
In the coming weeks I will be taking on a new role as Executive Director for a national nonprofit! This is Exactly where I was hoping I would end up in a few years! Now it's happening out the gates!

The until review & cover letter were timely and really good. However, they say they will add future work to your resume for free, for life. I contacted them about a year or so later to have some new work added. It took several attempts to get a response. I sent them the required info and have never heard back. They have ignored all other inquiries. I choose them because of their promise for future edits. There are other, more honorable companies out there. I would recommend you choose them.

I worked with Jennifer Bernicky to up update and refresh my resume. I wasn't sure what I was looking for exactly, but I wanted my experience in key areas to be highlighted.
