I would not recommend this company based on my experience to anyone without money to waste. I had to dispute my purchase with affirm (and won). If you receive writer Brian Furman please know you will not hear from him until he is ready. Our initial phone call —stated to happen in 24 hours of purchasing service —had been scheduled for me to receive no call at all no follow up. I had to email him asking if I misunderstood directions to which he replied 'sorry I had to take my son to the doctor.' Okay, things happen but it took another 4 days to get him to reschedule and actually on the phone. The 3-4 day process was 14days. 14 days until I got a first draft from Brian and it was so disappointing I started crying a bit because I realized I had made the wrong decision hiring this company. My resume had typos, repeated sentences, and was 3/4 an exact copy of my old resume and companies job description he asked me to provide to him 'just as a reference'. He copied and pasted my entire resume to a new page for my previous roles and the new section he had to make for my current role looked like he copied my companies job description ad- word for word. The header looked generated by a poor AI device and was in no way relevant to my job. I am a tech project manager, he highlighted in bold a completely different field (data management) as the opening title of the resume. The cover letter was a slew of dynamic words thrown together that made no legible sense in the story it was to tell. He bulleted a job role from 6 years ago on the cover letter and again was full of typos. Disappointed was not the word. I also paid for a linked in revamp and he had not done that work at all. After 20 days. After relaying the mistakes and revisions needed he essentially stated he's been doing this awhile and I should try the resume before saying it is unacceptable. I had to stand firm and tell him that the resume and cover letter is not something I would feel comfort at all in 'trying' because of the quality. He took the biggest words he could find and really threw them on to a paper with no specific mention of quantitative stats (that I offered to provide via phone convo). When mentioned with an attempt to set up a phone date for a re-write, he still did not want to get on the phone. Insisted I send them over via email which I'm sure he would've copied and pasted on to the paper. After another few e-mail attempts to him to schedule he completely stopped answering. I asked to be transferred to a new writer or a refund and he answered to say "I don't handle refunds but I'll contact management". After following up once I never heard from this person again. Please do not utilize this service. Spend the extra $200 to work with an individual who will craft a story just for you and not ghost you after money is spent. This was so nerve wracking and here I am 2 months later finally getting my initial payment back from my dispute and searching for a new service. There is a reason they do have google reviews and make it hard to get a review out there.
