The site will not accept my credit card! I used two different ones! I called the live chat and they told me to wait for half an hour try it again 12 hours later it still doesn't work!
The resume did turn out awesome. I would just like to get it downloaded.

Writing a resume is hard enough but when it came to check out, it became even more difficult! UNTIL. Gabriel! What a nice, helpful and sooo patient man!
I can't thank him enough for helping me resolve my issue! He deserves a raise after dealing with me!:-) Thank you!

I noticed a charge on my bank account from resumegig.com. When I called them and explained what was going on, the guy started explaining to me how their service works. I told him I didn't care, just wanted to know how they started charging me. He then started asking for personal info about my credit card and email. I would not give them my card info or email. He then started to explain how the program worked again. I cut him off again only to hear that he couldn't help me if I didn't give them my card info. These crooks are shady. Never used their service. I am retired USAF and have had my current job since my retirement more than 7 years ago. Had to file fraud charges with my bank and they had to send me a new card. Always nice to not have a bank card for 7 days. Crooks!

Henry was an excellent customer service representative. He was polite and understood my situation and explained what was going on with my account. Although the website was deceiving stating that it was a free trial I went on my way to get my resume and paid $2.90 which I was ok with. I then ended my trial the day before they were going to charge me and they still did. In the end Henry gave exemplary customer service and resolved it l. And included compensation. Just a guy trying to do his job! Which I'm grateful for his customer service!

After a short retirement I decided to rejoin the workforce/volunteer sector to make a difference. I decided to freshen up my resume.

I kept trying to edit after noting job description repeated in same after trying to print &/or download, PAYING each time) without luck. Going to cancel NOW.

This is the first negative review I have ever given. Hopefully the last.

I wanted to use this site to make a resume just quickly. I forgot I subscribed to it and when I checked my bank statement they charged me for another month. So I called and canceled my subscription.
Now within 1 month I've been charged 24.90, their subscription payment, 4 times!
THIS WEBSITE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I called to cancel my subscription the women on the phone seemed to be at home with children crying. She was walking around and could barely hear me. She kept asking for me to repeat myself, even though I was speaking loud enough and clear enough. She didn't send a confirmation number or anything! The second time I called the man on the phone was very rude. He was not listening to me and kept interrupting. I'm so upset with this website. I HOPE IT GET TAKEN DOWN!

Hidden charges that will hit your account before you know it and no invoices or notifications... I subscribed only to initial $1.95 trial fee to be able to check the service. It was not very useful. Imagine my surprise when I got $19.95 ResumeGig full subscription charge a week later. BEWARE! They automatically build a subscription charge to your card and withdraw money without billing or notifying you. Good old trick to penalize those who do not read fine print. It is written at the bottom of the invoice. My fault? Perhaps, but I wanted to warn all future users who may end up paying $20 monthly for the service you do not use. Honest business should not operate like this taking advantage of its mislead customers.

I called to cancel the subscription that they force you into when creating a resume. So unhappy with that fact there was no way for a sale to come out of that, and my representative, Damian, was incredibly understanding, and while offering his sales pitch for continued service, I never once felt unwelcome or threatened, and he went through the process with ease and very quickly, while keeping me knowledgeable about what happens when cancelling. Very good representative, and very good salesman. It was unfortunate that I wasn't able to buy anything from him. Perhaps next time Damian!
