All I wanted to do was cancel my subscription but the guy just kept trying to get me to keep it. I said 5 times no thank you and I just want to cancel. He would not take no for an answer. I told him if I ever needed a resume again I would go elsewhere because I do not like being pushed to continue something. He then again tried to get me to keep it. When I said NO! He finally canceled it and then ended the chat immediately.
Excellent service, was very helpful helping me create my resume. Sure to return if needed. Even when canceling the service it was simple and easy.
Says its a free resume, then wants money, then it wouldn't take my credit card saying they process there payments over-seas and I had to call my bank to authorize it.?

I am not a fan of using my debit card online, the site asked for a fee of 1.90 and it was ok until they charged 20 dls. Called in to know what happened and Deter was very friendly explaining the reason of the charge, I am still looking for a job and money is tight, he helped me crediting the charge and set me up for a so much lower rate deal, thanks for the help
Desperately needed a resume and this site helped me so much, was user friendly and when I no longer needed it, their customer service rep helped me right away, they had offers I would definitely take some other time
I spent hours looking for a simple resume template and after filling out several and having to pay at the end I thought I found one with Resume Now. The resume was easy to fill out and there was lots to choose from. When I got to the end, what do you know, I had to pay. So what does it mean when they advertise it as FREE? Its not free if you have to pay. I was so frustrated by then that I paid. It was only $3 but I had to sign a monthly agreement. After I got my resume, then I had the hassle of having to log back in and cancel my membership which then they try to get you to stay by offering you discounted rates. I don't like to be deceived, when I am told something is FREE I expect it to be FREE and not have to pay and single penny. Its wrong to advertise that way and then add in the hidden charges at the end.

This site has amazing options for helping build the resume and so many different templates to use. It pretty much does the work for you. I seriously can't say enough good things about it. It seems a little pricy, but the time that you waste trying to do it on your own is decreased by 110%!
I called to cancel the subscription that they force you into when creating a resume. So unhappy with that fact there was no way for a sale to come out of that, and my representative, Damian, was incredibly understanding, and while offering his sales pitch for continued service, I never once felt unwelcome or threatened, and he went through the process with ease and very quickly, while keeping me knowledgeable about what happens when cancelling. Very good representative, and very good salesman. It was unfortunate that I wasn't able to buy anything from him. Perhaps next time Damian!
The person who assisted me name was Dan Hernandez. Full of energy and very helpful. I had some billing issues and he gladly gave me a refund and I switched to a lower deal.

I was pleased with the site but they charge me for 2 months after i cancelled i only got one month back and when i tried to resolve this issue. The customer service agent just tried to sell me something before he ever helped me with the refund. Bad communication and won't give you a full refund only a one time thing even if it their fault.
Answer: Scam. Even if you select the one time payment of the $2 they will automatically put you into a subscription of $24.90 without telling you.
