So far I have had no problems saving and downloading my resume and cover letter. Compared to some of the other websites and people claiming to be easy to use resume building sites. I actually was able to complete my resume and cover letter and email them to myself. Awesome!

I needed a free resume template as quick as possible so i Googled free resume and selected a drop down answer and this company popped up. It didn't ask me to sign up right away but i did anyways. Asked for an email and password and that was it and it showed me templates to use and i picked the first one and filled it out as it asked me too. After the easy step by step i saved it and it asked me if i wanted to download it and i did and it saved as a PDF. That was it, simple and easy and no BS.

I didn't encounter any issues when creating the resume, it was easy, quick and inclusive.
But in the education section I recommend to add the degree,e.g. Bachelor, masters...etc in addition to relevent courses that is pertinent to the degree.

False advertisement The site advertises that the resume is free but then they want to hit you with the $2.40 for 2 weeks which is okay but then they want to put down a huge subscription fee after that? It's not like you guys made my resume I put in all the information you guys just put it in a template charge one fee for a year and leave it at that or small monthly payments the $25 and $35 for a resume that once I make one I can retype it myself if I want It's just way too high for what little service I get
