Very misleading. It says its free and it takes you to the whole creating process before you're hit with a "to get your resume please pay fees". Not very good business practice

I didn't realize your service would automatically sign me up for a monthly subscription. And then when I go to cancel the subscription that you signed me up for you offer me a cheaper price? Low class.

I find it useful but a bit of tricky, because it first said it is free, but once when I finished, it ask for payment. Although the charges is fair, I suggest its best to make the user aware before they start.

I thought it was free. It's not. The starting price is reasonable though, but then it automatically renews and goes up. The price that it charges after the introductory fee is too much. I will be cancelling my subscription.

Resumegenous is overpriced for what it offers. The cost doesn't match the quality, and the service feels underwhelming. There are better, more affordable options out there. For the price, I expected more customization and professionalism. Overall, it's disappointing and not worth the investment. I wouldn't recommend it.

Not happy with the bait and switch. You spend hours building your resume and then have to pay to get access. Pricing should be upfront. Shady business practice.

Makes creating a resume very simple for people who haven't created one before. My only critique is that I wish there were a way to favourite different layouts so you can come back to the ones you like best without having to look through all of them again.

I have not needed a resume for nearly 25 years so that was a concern when creating one was in front of me. Resume Genius was absolutely simple and easy to follow with having limited computer skills.

It's a great builder abut it's expensive. Maybe I'm just too young but $25 to make a Resume that you'll have to update before long is a bit much. Outside of the price I love it though.

You advertise your services as free, but then you hit us on the back end. It would be much more honest and reasonable to be up front and tell people in advance they will have to pay.
