$24 a month is rip off city. I did this during Christmas time and forgot about the charge. I needed ONE resume. Also resume originally had one line on a second page. I fixed it be on one page and it still prints on 2 pages. I did try to print one out right after Christmas and got your "need help"bubble on the page and others printed legal size instead of letter size. I could not easily print my resume.
Great job in making a strong resume that highlights abilities such as problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking and creativity. I believe this resume will help to advance in my career.

I just think that your statement about $2.75 and then after 14 days will be charged... is ambiguous. I've yet to find the email address to cancel before that happens.

There are may free sights and it's advertised as free.until you finish and it require a card to get the resume you just spent an hour building rather than stating it's not actually free om the beginning..

I wish i could edit the format or required items for each section, I didnt feel the need to put 'supervisor' under my relation to me in the reference section and this looked awkward. I have to go through and download and edit this myself through word

You gave me a subscription fee far greater than what i was originally charged with. 23 buck per month for a resume is an inordinate amount. The website refused to give information on different subscription plans and amounts. It's with regret I resubscribe, and only to redownload a resume.

Could not apply custom formatting, i.e. Moving sections around in a template. Pricing appears misleading: paying for the annual fee with the line about "cancel anytime" is misleading.
