The company has established a strong reputation for its user-friendly resume-building platform, which is praised for its intuitive design, effective templates, and time-saving capabilities. Many customers express satisfaction with the polished results and helpful prompts that enhance their resumes. However, concerns regarding the transparency of pricing practices are prevalent, with some users feeling misled by the marketing of free access. Additionally, issues with customization options and the accuracy of information fetched have been noted. Overall, while the service is highly regarded for its quality and ease of use, addressing pricing clarity could further enhance customer trust.

I was very unhappy to have to have to pay for this in the end. You advertise it for free!
They make you go through all the work and THEN tell you it's not a free service. This is a scam
Nice overall, although not 5 stars do to deceptively stating in search engine that this was free. While in a way in kind of is free after cancelling the trial period, still have to buy in first.
Plug and Play Resume! Plug in the answers to the questions provided and play around with the layout. Drag and drop your bullet points and quickly add suggested additional skills or add your own. Super quick and easy and a plethora of templates to choose from. Great product.
Great and easy to use but they don't say the cost at the beginning.
I thought that I was able to use and save my Resume for free, as advertised. But I had to pay in order to access my Resume, after spending a lot of time preparing it.
Would have been nice to know that you have to pay for this before you work for more than an hour creating the resume
Easy to build resume fast with multiple template export honestly tried on word myself with their poor resume template options and found myself getting frustrated when nothing came out right and things got messed up so coughed up the few bucks to get it done right fast. Thanks!
Would have liked the point form option when manually entering my work experience
Love the templates- I have used lots of different resume builders but none had these new and unique templates. There are not many to choose from but those they have are better than searching through 100 boring ones. Each one maximizes space on the first page ( as the old rule goes... try to stay on one page) yet doesn't compromise the proffessionalism and readability. It is very intruging thus far!
Great tips and pre written examples you can add with a single click! Just finished mine so I will try to remember to update once I am finished with the complete resume! (Free trial makes it risk free!)
I was annoyed that I spent an hour and then was asked to pay for a subscription when it initial indicated it was free.
Not to bad. Just would be nice to make small edits when going through.
Very easy to use and guides you through the whole experience
You're asking before I really have a good chance to see the resume
You're asking before I really have a good chance to see the resume
If you had made it clear that you were going to charge money to download the resume at the start, it would've saved a lot of hassle.
Not able to edit headings like Professional experience.
Process felt cumbersome. No place to put in other interests and skills, volunteer experience (which in my case is substantial), etc. Was very annoyed to find out that I had to pay to get my initial resume attempt downloaded. That info should have been provided up front for transparency's sake.
Answer: They stole my money! 240 bucks! I also went to the bank to dispute them.
Answer: Juan, shut up. You hire your customer service support as independent contractors from the Philippines. You know darn well that you INSTRUCT them to say this!
