I canceled my account due to funds shortage. Juan the manager contacted me after I had contacted the customer service department. He promised to contact the accounting department after I was still charged for the site fee of $39.95. Money I needed to live on. I explained the situition and he was very nice and understanding. The program itself works great in helping to present a better resume. I made one during the trial period and have yet to test it out on an actual potential employer. But it was nice and easy to use.

BS service. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. They make you THINK you have two different subscription options - no such thing. When you sign up for what you think is a short-term low-cost subscription, they're actually signing you up for monthly $40 deductions and then they'll refuse to refund regardless of what you initially signed up for, or the fact that you haven't even used the month subscription. Save yourself the money and don't sign with them!
