You should not advertise as a free service if you are not a free service. Signing people up for a subscription in the small print is a scummy business practice. But you don't care about feedback, so I don't know why I'm bothering.

I had to edit literally 2 words and a sentence and have to pay 24$ for that. Ridiculous. If I was not in such a time crunch I would have just made a whole new one elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend

Once users choose a preferred template, they should be allowed to reformat certain sections within that template. Along with using color, helps resumes stand out.
As for payment, it needs to be made clear what kind of debit/credit cards are allowed. Previously I was able to use my Venmo card and now I cannot which unfortunately isn't efficient for all users.
Lastly, please make sure your customer service agent can actual provide CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to call twice due to the first representative hanging up on me, I work in customer service and I can understand where people are unpleasant but sadly this mans responses were terrible with no help at all. He stated "I can only tell you how the platform works", then when I get more stern and choose to escalate the situation because he seemingly didn't want to clarify or deal with me - he tells me he will have a superior call me back but either way Im rude. When asking for his name to review he just hung up. I deal with "rude" customers and guests very often - but do I choose to make them feel like a problem (even if they're creating problems), dismiss their requests, call them rude, and then hang up the phone? NEVER.
However the second person I spoke to by the name of NEO, handled it perfectly. You need more employees like him.

I tried using my Paypal card, which is the card I use for work (traveling CNA) and it would not accept it. That was the only issue I had as I like to keep all work purchases on one card for tax purposes.
