When I put in professional experience it continued to offer highlights of volunteer work. Not appropriate. I don't like all the bait and switch on pricing...free to build but not to own which you cleverly disguise until we have completed time consuming work on your site...too late now

Great! Apart from the sudden charge at the end once everything has been done. Quite deceptive of the company. Customers should be told at the start of the process that there is a fee.

You were advertised as a free resume maker, yet to actually use the resume you make you have to pay. While not blatantly false advertising, this does feel like a scam and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth

Have called customer service 2 times. Spent hours typing and putting information together to not be able to download or email it because you only accept debit cards.
