I signed up to do the "free" trial. That was back in March. It is now December and I have been charged $23.95 each month and have not used their service since March. THAT IS $215.55. I called into customer service and they basically said tough luck even on the last month I paid for that still has 27 days left on the subscription. They say free trial only to trick people into paying and not realizing it. I'm sure that is what they are hoping for however. Nice business model. Hope you can sleep at night.
This was great except for the requirement to type a 50 word review. The checkout process was also difficult & somewhat mis-leading. It should be more clear you have to pay for the service.

I'm in Australia and the drop down for phone numbers in the Referee section doesn't allow for phone number to be entered correctly with the area code etc, I think it's more Canadian/American friendly.

There were a few things that it didn't let me edit. Example- I'm graduating this year. And it said I'm a Bsc candidate...noone says that unless its used for PhD

Very few color options does not match my very well written cover letter that I already had at all. Cant edit some parts that I need to edit or change.
