Advertised as "free". Not until you put in all the work gathering all your information and putting everything in does it tell you that you have to pay a subscription to download and actually GET your work. THEN... you pay. After that, I logged back in to do an edit. Once I finally found my saved work... it only saved half the information! So again... I put in all the information and went to download. AGAIN it is asking for me to pay for another subscription. So now I apparently TWO subscriptions for only half a resume.

After turning in the resume to my job; I realized that only 1 page downloaded missing all the relevant job experience pertaining to the position I was applying for. They have already gotten back to me with a no hire. This experience sucked. I wont use your service in the future.

User-friendly, efficient, and cost-effective. If you are not great with words or just don't feel like putting forth the effort. Set aside 10-20 mins to click a few buttons and skim through a few pre-written text options. To me it was like making a Facebook or dating profile for the first time. Easy!

Very useful and user-friendly tool. I would have liked to have more options for colors and section organization. When adding a custom section, it appears at the end of the document, whereas I needed it to appear either before or after the "Skills" section.

I was overcharged and was not able to access my resume. I could not access my resume during the free trial so I had to restart it. I was charged 29 and also 3.00
