I have this problem
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge that was made to my account without my consent.
Specifically, I was charged for a membership that I did not wish to subscribe to, and I would like to request a full refund of the amount charged.
The charge was made on 3rd April, and the amount charged was 29.95 Euro(642.75 Turkish Liras). I did not authorize this charge, nor did I receive any notice or confirmation that a charge would be made.
