I've been working for this company for 5 weeks and now Artemas Pratt is refusing to pay his employees. All of them are on strike and he's making up BS excuses to me as to why he can't pay me. Long story, short - (his excuse) It was just him and Abby that started, then they got busy and couldn't handle it, Paypal gives the option for complaints so he's transitioning to a different method that doesn't accept complains (shady, right?). He owes me hundreds of dollars and is refusing to pay me. I warned him that I was exploit his business. I'm a young mother and this was my third job, so now I'm down to just two. I'm contacting Knoxville and Nashville news to try and do a story on him. I have a cell number if anyone wants to contact him directly.

I made a huge mistake of using this company to help me update my resume. They took my last reserves of $129 when I was in desperate need of finding a job! What a HUGE dissepiment!
Artemas Pratt and Abby took 2 weeks to get me a draft resumes which there is no way I would send to employers. It was as if my 8 year old wrote it and they are not refunding my $129

2) Reaching them is a BIG hustle and there is nothing you can do about it.
3) They never were able to get me my resume right or somewhat presentable.
4) They are not refunding my money and can't even reach them anymore.
5) They don't have a physical business address
6) The phone numbers they provide are from prepaid phones.

Do not make the same mistake I made! Hire a local person that can help you with your resume. Since it means one's livelihood.

The individual calls himself Artemis Pratt. The phone number on the site is a google number and good luck tracing that to a person. Before I paid for the service this guy was very responsive, even called me to close the deal. We had decent rapport on the phone and I agreed. The moment I made the payment I began having problems. After payment was made the only time I'd here from him would be in a reply to my emails. Each reply would be another broken promise to deliver or an excuse as to why. It's been two weeks and one day and I've yet to receive anything. I asked up front (via email) about guarantees. He replied that if I wasn't satisfied with the product I could get a refund without question. Needless to say I've yet to receive a reply or refund.
If you pay through paypal you will not be covered.
This idiot really barked up the wrong tree as I have notified the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Bureau of Justice Assistance and the National White Collar Crime Center. They review and evaluate complaints and refer the information to the appropriate local, state, or federal agency
