This site is a scam - do not use it. First it is just a template - you can get these for free or look online for examples. Then it is impossible for cancel. Tried to cancel 2 days after creating account. Got charged for months after. Tried to cancel using online process - that was unsuccessful. Called and tried to cancel and that was also unsuccessful. Disputed with the credit card company and they respond to the dispute so you are rebilled. I put a block on the merchant. And that was not even enough because they told the credit card company there is a contract in place. Had to close out the credit card. Run away from this company! It is a monthly service scam.

I called trying to cancel a membership and got on the phone with someone named Alexander he was very rude and was talking over me and couldn't cancel my account cause he said I didn't have the correct email I have only had one email my whole life I spent about 20 minutes arguing and ended up not being able to cancel my membership I was extremely frustrated and almost gave up but I tried again and got transferred to Johnny he had my problem solved in a heart beat he was very nice and such a pleasure to talk to and completely changed my mood. And I think people like Johnny need to be recognized for there outstanding work and even better customer service I really hope your company values him as much as I did!.
