Karen did her best in assisting me when I was in a tight budget constraint. I came to build a resume and found many other resources that enhanced the experience. I have noticed that other reviews complained of difficulty in cancellation and unclear auto-pay membership. They must have fixed these problems because it was clearly noted at sign up that membership would be automatically billed until cancellation. I was able to cancel through online chat help rather easily.

Typical unclear wording as to what you're signing up for, then sales pitch after sales pitch when you go to cancel. It amazes me that in this day and age, when user reviews are way more important than they were before, that companies still insist on pushing so hard to keep your business. I feel less inclined to return to this service by the second when that happens.
The person also asked me if I'm still in the job market. How is that any of their business? Ridiculous. The functionality of the exported document isn't even that great, by the way.

The resume website was helpful. It provided good templates and offered various suggestions. I had to end up cancelling my subscription because it was too expensive. I think they need to lower the costs of the monthly subscription, in order for them to retain customers. They would be able to keep more customers if they lowered the monthly fare, then I think more people would continue to subscribe. I did speak to Karen, though to cancel my subscription and she was extremely friendly. She was very helpful. A true asset to the team.
