Not Happy!

It says the resume builder is free and then at the end they want to charge $1.95 and if you don't contact them within 2 weeks they will charge your card $19.95. Then in order to download your resume and change anything they try to get you to pay for adobe program for $14.95. If you save it to your documents you still can't make any changes, like just spacing. This is unacceptable to me. I feel that I was deceived. I want my subscription or whatever you call it Cancelled!

I called to cancel my subscription due to a lack of personal funds, which I thought had already happened. But Nicole F. Helped me out, provided me with details about certain helpful features, and gave me additional options.

Unfortunately, I still had to leave, because of my financial situation. But Nicole was very helpful and polite. When I have need of rebuilding my resume again, I will return.

I needed to cancel my subscription to resume now because I had created my resume and cover letters, I didn't think I needed the service anymore. Until I spoke with Josue Sanchez, he showed me so much more I could do with this service, including tips on how to ask for a raise from my current employer! Awesom program...

I found this program to be very user friendly and I liked having multiple choices to select from when creating my resume; I have recently closed my account and Lee the representative I spoke with through LiveChat was very quick and friendly while cancelling my subscription. Super helpful

I had an issue with my billing; turns out having a chip card is hard to run for them since it has international fraud protection. After several attempts to fix it, I finally contacted customer service. Instead of giving me some unhelpful, cookie cutter script out of an employee manual, the Customer Service Rep, Erwin, really explained the issue and walked me through getting my account active again. Just in time for a new job hunt!

I use the online chat to cancel my subscription - nothing to do with the service I received from Resume Now.
