Had an issue with some billing and I was met with a professional mind set that helped me resolve my issue within mere moments. And the person whom helped me was a person of reason and understanding! This world needs more people like them.
I wanted to cancel my subscription and decided to live chat to unsubscribe. After I clicked on the live chat link I was instantly connected with Esmeralda. She was very curious and helped me very quickly. Resume-Now has great customer service representatives.
Now as far as Resume-Now, the service, I would not use it again. The service online is fairly easy to use but when I exported it to save onto my computer the font and style of the resume was NOT THE SAME AT ALL. I then had to spend hours fixing it. I hated it and in the end just opened up a word doc and used their template.

Today, I chatted online with Alejandro Castro regarding a issue with my resume-now account. Alejandro was very attentive and detailed with his explanation to my query. He provided me with easy ways to work with the software and gave me helpful suggestions to combat the issue I was having if it occurred again in the future. He was very patient with me and I felt my questions were answered with understanding and genuine concern. He did not make me feel that he just wanted to answer my question and move on, I felt that my problems and concerns were his. Throughout the chat, he consistently asked if I needed additional assistance and ensured that all was settled with me before signing off. This is the worse website ever! And customer service representative was rude on top of it. They kept taking money out of my account every time I tried to access my it, and when I confronted them the offered to give me back my money if I don't cancel my account with them. In the end I had to cancel my credit card. Don't bother yourself using them

I signed up for the "free" 14-day trial that cost me $1.95. I followed all the instructions and filled out the fields required. The "Cover letter" was created the same way. The fields I filled out were ingested into a resume and cover letter of their own format, and it made absolutely no sense. Example - I never said I was a college student applying for a certain job, but that's how their cover letter read. IF that wasn't enough, their "analyst" sent an evaluation of my resume and cover letter, saying it just wan't good enough, and that I'd need to subscribe to their further service to get their "expert" advice on how to write it better! I cancelled my trial membership within the trial period of 14 days. The process was absurd! I was passed from person to person, and asked a million stupid questions. Worse still, despite the fact that I terminated my account within the trial period, they STILL CHARGED me for a full month's membership! Talk about LOUSY business ethics!

I think the site was awesome. I like the customer service rep (Juan Morales) he was very friendly and professional. However, it shouldn't take 20 mins to cancel a subscription. I was not please with that at all.

I'm someone who was living on their last paycheck without a lot of job experience or credentials... when I thought I couldn't afford their help the customer service representative made it affordable for me when I can't even afford a dollar anyhow with their help I've Gotten all kinds of responses from employers and am employed now I honestly don't believe I could have done it without them
