This company is using my PERSONAL E-MAIL ADDRESS for everyone to respond to that is looking for their money refund this company has taken from them. I have had many, many phone conversations with the IT department to multiple Supervisors, still I am getting 20+ Inquiries in my personal E-Mail about refunds they owe people. This company is poorly ran and IT IS NOT FREE! Do not use the business they will RIP YOU OFF! My life has been absolutely frustrating due to all the E-Mails I received on a daily basis and no one from this company cares enough to solve the problem. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS GO ELSEWHERE!

Today I saw a charge on my bank account for Resume-now and forgot I had done a new resume for my husband. It really came out great. However that is all I thought we needed and forgot all about it. When I saw the charge and realized I missed the trial deadline and the monthly charge was now being applied I called to cancel, I met a nice lady named Rebaca. I wanted to cancel because after 100 applications there were 2 phone calls and no interviews and still no job. She informed me of the other offers they had on their website where they could help my husband look for the jobs he wanted and alerts would come to his phone as soon as they were available. There are customer service reps that he can call to get him to where he needs to be.
WOW a place that can really help him get some help! This has been such a struggle. Looking forward to working with them. By the way she lowered my monthly fee to stay to below $10.00 Just by working with her.
These people have been constantly debiting money from my bank card every month it started with only a few dollars it wasn't until I noticed a debit of $29.90 on my statement that caught my eye then further investigation only to find they have been deducting money from my debit card long after I had used the service. I have asked several times to have this resolved however get no response from their customer service team. I will be contacting my bank to advise Fraud and to further investigate.

I tried canceling my account several times yet they continued to bill me! Finally I was given a cancellation # and told it was canceled... this process took 20 min on a chat! Way too long! Huge hassle and still no return of my month fee after I originally canceled! I do not feel like I got good service but actually was ripped off!

Well, first of all, I needed to prepare a simple resume and Resume-Now helped me do that, However, I was not aware that I would be charged a continuing $19.95 monthly fee. I only needed one resume. When I looked at my credit card and saw the charges every month, I logged in and did the on-line chat and cancelled my account. It was a pretty easy process. I think if I needed a continuing service, I would choose this service.

Had a bug in my resume format, chatted with customer service and they fixed it promptly. Resume looks great and usually has good feedback for edits.
